Check-in am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert; nach einloggen ins WiFi hat es dann jedoch über das Handy gekappt. Ein Bettlaken vom Doppelbett hatte ein großes Loch am Fußende, zweites hatte Flecken. Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa wurde erst nach paar Tagen ins Zimmer gebracht. Seife in der Dusche wurde nicht nachgefüllt.

Værelser holder ikke hvad der lægges op til. Prisen står ikke mål med hvad man kan forvente Vi havde et komfort værelse og blev indlogeret på et kvistværelse. Ingen reception der kan eller vil modtage klager. Hele hotellet er beskidt. Rengøring på værelset bliver heller ikke udført. Blot byttet håndklæder.Ekstra indkøbt morgenmad en katastrofe Ingen mulighed for at køle varer ned når der ikke kan købes på stedet.

Danskeren

Der var ingen betjening på hotellet. Skulle tjekke ind på et andet hotel. Selvom vi var der i tre nætter fik vi ikke stillet nyt vand ind dagligt. Vi bad om en opredning til vores datter men der manglede lagen og håndklæder til hende. Fandt en serviceminded rengøringsmand som hjalp os med et krøllet lagen han fandt i et depot. Restauranten og baren var lukket, så man kunne ikke købe en drink eller snack. Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet i prisen. Den var acceptabel men ikke noget specielt. Alt i alt. Ok. Men så heller ikke mere.

Negativ: Zimmer sehr hellhörig, nicht nur alle Geräusche aus dem eigenen Bad waren zu hören, sondern auch die aus dem Bad des Nachbarzimmers. Türen undicht, es pfeift der Wind durch. Seltsam: Steckdose mitten in Bett (Kopfende). Betten zu weich, Kopfkissen furchtbar. Frühstück in Ordnung, aber täglich nahezu immer das Gleiche. Brötchen nur unterdurchschnittlich... Positiv: Tee und Wasser gab es im Frühstücksraum auch den ganzen Tag über kostenlos. Restaurant im Keller, gutes Essen. Wichtig: wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, hat es schwer, alle Ebenen des Hotels sind nur per Treppe zu erreichen, Fahrstuhl nicht vorhanden. Lage des Hotels nahe am Hafen, dieser ist fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, kostenlos für Gäste.

Schönes Hotel

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal war sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen und hilfsbereit. Werden beim nächsten Besuch auf Rügen, wieder das Hotel buchen. Frühstück war sehr gut ausreichend. Einziges was uns gestört hat, war das beim Check-in jemand schwer zu erreichen war, Rezeption nicht besetzt und das WLAN hat Verbesserungspotenzial, war so gut wie nie. Aber alles in allem zu empfehlen!
