The house with 211 m² of living space and 4 bedrooms is an ideal place to unwind. recharge and power, but also alsTreffpunkt for families and friends with well equipped kitchen and diverse discussion and retreat zones. It enjoys a quiet location on a 1500 m² plot with private water access. From the house, the terrace and the plot you have a fantastic panoramic view across the sea, to the island of Vilm and the neighboring harbor in Lauterbach. The house was completely renovated in 2013.
Environment: The cultural capital of Rügen, Putbus, with the palace gardens and shopping is only 3 km. The Binz can be reached in about 15 km.

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende in einem sehr schönem Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick und herzlicher Begrüßung. Obwohl wir etwas zu zeitig da waren konnten wir direkt in das Ferienhaus und Hilfe war umgehend zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab.Das Haus liegt ruhig. Gaststätten und der Hafen sind fußläufig (knappe fünf Minuten) zu erreichen. Im Haus ist wirklich alles was man braucht und unheimlich viel Platz. Den konnten wir kaum nutzen, weil wir den größten Teil der Zeit im Garten mit Blick auf das Wasser genossen haben. ;)

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.Außer das im Wohnzimmer unglaublich viele Spinnen an den Wäden waren, was nicht so aussah, als wären sie vor unserer Ankunft entfernt worden.An der Außenanlage könnte auch noch was verbessert werden, wie zB. die Platten auf der Treppe....Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und für eine Gruppe von 8 Personen gibt es ausreichend Platz. Der Weg zum Wasser ist gut zu passieren. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Super Haus mit kleinem Schönheitsfehler

Nach kurzer kompakter Unterweisung in den Räumlichkeiten war der erste Tag sehr schön ausgeklungen. Aufgrund der Nähe des Hauses zur Straße und der Anordnung aller Schlafzimmer in Richtung gepflasterter Straße war der Schlaf leider nicht so erholsam wie gewünscht, da sich nur wenige Fahrzeugführer an die 30 km/h halten und in der Nähe ein Haus gebaut wird. Zur Baustelle fuhren auch in den frühen Morgenstunden bereits 3-Achser LKW's. Weiter ist zu erwähnen das auf dem Grundstück auch noch ein Bauzustand vorgefunden wurde und dieser nicht den Bildern auf den Fotos entsprach. Das Haus und die Ausstattung samt Aussicht sind jedoch sehr empfehlenswert, sofern die Baustelle bald beendet ist.

Sauberkeit im Haus war sehr gut. Die Töpfe weniger. Der Aussenbereich nicht so gut. Sehr viele Spinnweben. Leider fehlte der Zugang zum Wasser, wie in der Beschreibung geschildert. Dennoch waren alle zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Die Lage und der Blick sind wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.Wir würden am liebsten sofort einziehen. Wir hatten ein paar großartige Tage trotz Wetter und vielen Dank auch an die super sympathische Verwalterin. Wir kommen wieder!!

Wohlfühlhaus in Traumlage

Wir sind als 6- köpfige Familie angereist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Im Erdgeschoss der große Esstisch, der auch für Spieleabende einlud, oben im Wohnzimmer die Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle und immer eine schöne Aussicht auf den Bodden. Die Kücheneinrichtung mit dem gesamten Inventar war überaus üppig. Aber leider müssen wir einen Punktabzug geben aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit. Ansonsten ist dieses Haus wirklich sehr empfehlenswert AaufBodBodden Bodden

Super Location, gerne wieder

4 Pärchen 70+ haben dort ihr alljährliches Seminargruppentreffen verbracht, 4 Übernachtungen. Die Ausstattung mit 4 Doppelzimmern und 2 Bädern, Küche, und Sitzgruppen / Tische im Haus, auf Terasse und im Garten ist perfekt. Die Küche ist perfekt und komplett ausgestattet, so dass diesbezüglich keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Bodden ist perfekt. PKW-Stellplätze vorhanden, und ein Holzkohlegrill stand zur Verfügung. Insofern 5 Sterne mit Sahnehäubchen! Noch so eine perfekte Ferienwohnung / -haus erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch diese Jahr schön

Aufenthalt in Lauterbach

Grosszügiges Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Bei Ankunft waren jedoch die Abfallbehälter in der Küche gefüllt mit Müll von den Vormietern; auch die Abwaschmaschine war voller Geschirr. Ein grosser Mangel ist aber das fehlende Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank! Wir haben jedoch die tolle Lage sehr genossen.

Das Ferienhaus ist super. Best ausgestattete Küche. Ansonsten war Rügen eine herbe Enttäuschung. Keine Sehenswürdigkeiten, nicht behinderten gerecht, kaum strandzugang. Restaurants waren die schlechtesten, die wir je erlebten. Also war es gut, dass wir selber kochen konnten. Alle Leute waren sehr nett!!!!!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung innen (inkl. Küche) und außen ist sehr gut, auch wenn wir die Sitzplätze draußen wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Die Schlafzimmer sind teilweise etwas eng bzw. die Betten zu breit für die Zimmer. Und in der Küche haben wir eine Teekanne vermißt. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich zu den Vorzügen!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Das Haus war herrlich am Bodden gelegen. Auch wenn es nicht gereizt hat von dort im Bodden zu schwimmen so haben wir die wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse und vom Balkon sehr genossen. Selbst wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war konnten wir das Meer durch die schönen großen Fenster beobachten. Die großzügige Ausstattung der Küche war herrlich und hat uns in vielerlei Hinsicht sehr verwöhnt und unterstützt. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, vielen Dank
