There was no property to start with. The Hotel in question didn’t exist as the building it was supposed to occupy was occupied by some other hotel. The guy was only available on phone (mobile) and he kept us waiting for nearly 3 hrs trying to accommodate us in some hotel. After complaining to Hotels.com, finally he managed to shunt us to a dinghy hotel in the bylanes called Hotel Kuber. We had to again arrange & pay for our own transport to that hotel. Hotel Kuber was in the filthiest bylanes and was cockroach infested.

This is evidence that lease of this building expired for Trendz and was taken another hotel was established at same location
This is the hotel where Trends stood. We didn’t stay here , but were accommodated in Hotel Kuber
