This hotel was the worst experience of my entire travel journey. It was extremely dirty — the sheets and towels were filthy, and the kitchen and all other rooms were covered in dirt, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The staff was rude and seemed fully aware of the poor conditions they were providing. They gave me an agreement to sign before giving me the key, stating that I agreed with the room condition and that there would be no refund. Never sign anything before seeing the room. This hotel should never be affiliated with any travel website. Stay away from booking this hotel.

The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight, it offers the most stunning view of the Caribbean Sea, especially during sunset. staff were attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcome. beach was only a few minutes’ walk away, which was super convenient. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.
