Property is beautiful. Reserve rooms, pool and beach are lovely. But service is lacking. From the wrong room being booked and them trying to downgrade us into a lesser suite with no refund to getting locked out of room multiple times to a concierge who frequently was MIA and did not provide any details about our spa appointment or dinner reservations, we were extremely inconvenienced daily when all we wanted to do was relax.

Propert was good but checkin experience at the property was so bad, we were not treated well at the property at the checkout rest of the staff was good but if you know spanish your experience is better thats what we felt by staying at this property
