Outstanding Service and an Unforgettable Stay I stayed at Dreams Royal Beach in Punta Cana with my daughter from September 1–4, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Our concierge, Emanuel, was outstanding—attentive, proactive, and always a step ahead of our needs. He checked in on us regularly, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail was seamless. Beyond Emanuel, every staff member we encountered played an important role in making our stay memorable. Housekeeping kept everything impeccable, the restaurant and beach teams were attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely welcomed and cared for. It was beautiful, only complaint is a lot of walking is you are on the preferred side. Our room with the private pool was amazing. They came with food and drinks to our pool. We never got in the main pools, there was no need. Def highly recommend. Also get the Italian food the first night, we got it our last night and it was hands down the best dinner apart from the romantic dinner on the beach we had there.

The service here is one of the best I've experienced. The workers are extremely kind and helpful. The resort itself is just ok, but the season in which I went also affected my experience (late August so the beach was too covered in seaweed to swim in). I booked the preferred members section so I had access to a few more pools but without it I really don't think there was enough variety for non-preferred members. I will say the pools are VERY clean and the swim-up bars are great. The room itself was stunning and extremely clean upon checking in. Snacks and drinks were restocked daily. Now the part that disappointed me the most was the food. Absolutely atrocious. The main buffet was mediocre at best, and the Italian restaurant (Portofino) was honestly inedible. I had high hopes for the seafood restaurant (Oceana) and hibachi but even those were just ok. I had a good time but I think I would choose a different resort next time.

The food was awful and beaches covered in Sargasm that smelled. Casino was very unappealing, entertainment area played same videos on repeat. Secrets side wasn't much more appealing, except pools were larger. Preferred area wasnt appealing at all, wouldn't spend the extra money. End result, I was happy to go home.

My stay with my family was pretty safe. The fruits at room service were not fresh, room service took about 1hr every time. On the last day of our stay the food never arrived and we had to check out eating a rushed breakfast. There needs to be more quality control because sending two sets of inedible fruits is unacceptable.There needs to be more work on the food selection, some tourist come for the cultural heritage of the island, imagine the shock of eating food catered to tourists. All the restaurant food barely had any flavor and the menu is the same everyday. The room service menu needs to be revamped because there are multiple restaurants on site and there should be more selection. The coffee needs to be better it was horrible in the room and in the coffee shops, there needs to be more retraining on how to properly make certain drinks and if you cannot make it do not offer it. All the drinks were watered down including the coffee and the Presidente Beer. Overall I wouldn’t go back and I would explore more all inclusive options.

The staff specially in the buffet area the girl in the front with a different uniform of the rest of the staff was very rude to one of the employees in that area They speak in Spanish like if customers don’t understand Spanish and some of us Speak both languages You need to do better on communication with your employees
