A fabulous location for a 28 day stay with access to pools, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette during our stay. Rosa and the team were outstanding and a pleasure to deal with during our stay.

We were welcomed warmly by Rosa and Anthony (Rafael) and all the outhers workers are very pleasant and accommodating. The location of the place is great beach, restaurants and stores make staying there so practical.This is why we came back a second time and have already booked for a month next year.

Poorly maintained ok property.

The initail property that I was given, was dramatically different from the picture. The bedroom patio had pieces of rusted metal that fell off from the rental, the patio over looked an alley way that was filled with garbage, every room smelled musty, there was no patio furniture, and the decor was tackily mis matched. I asked, and was given another rental. This was much bettee, hower I think a mop and broom should be automatic in this type of rental, where people cook. I had to constantly ask eventually received several hours later. The washer never came as promised, I guess because these are services that are offered for a fee. The gas tank to the stove was empty. Someone eventually came to replace, but only 2 pilots functioned. The bathroom sink did not work. I had to wash my hands and brush teeth in the shower. After a few days the hand held shower cable punctured so that stopped working as well. Other than that the landsacaping and pool were well maintained. Its right near the Beach, shopping, and several dining options. Because of the poor maintance of the property, I would not stay here again for free.
