What a little gem! Among the big resorts and fast paced hotels, this small boutique hotel stands out for its uniqueness, accommodations, and an impressive staff led by Jonal. Our room was well appointed with quality bedding, comfortable bed and quiet AC. We were upgraded to room #1 that has a private sitting room where we had morning coffee and breakfast and afternoon tea. The attention to detail and service provided by Jonal and staff needs to be mentioned because it was the highlight of our experience. Every morning we were greeted with an excellent selection of breakfast options, my favorite was the waffles and eggs Benedict. The preparation and service worthy of 5 stars. Outside the hotel within a short walk are some excellent restaurants; I recommend Noah’s for seafood and The Scene for authentic Dominican fare. Also, Dolce, for a great selection of baked desserts and gelato. Unfortunately, we didn’t use the beach because of the seasonal seaweed that is attacking all of Punta Cana. But the community pool was a short distance and we spent an afternoon participating in the different pool activities. I should mention that the hotel has small pool, a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a cart that will take you and pick you up from the beach. The beach, is not walkable because of the road construction. Again, if you’re looking for a unique, slower, more personal experience, this is your place. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel in the Dominican Republic, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel and service experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine care, but one person in particular, Jonel, made our trip unforgettable. He truly knows everyone and makes every guest feel like family. Any request we had was not only fulfilled but exceeded. He speaks 7–8 languages, which was so impressive, but even more than that—he is a kind, genuine person beyond his role. He constantly reminded us that we were at home, and his world-class service is unmatched anywhere I’ve stayed. The hotel itself is a hidden gem—clean, quaint, and full of charm. The central garden feels like a private jungle retreat, peaceful and beautiful. Its marina location is excellent, surrounded by amazing dining options all within walking distance. The hotel also offers complimentary golf cart rides to the nearest beach, just a lovely 10-minute ride away. For more adventure, it’s only a quick $4 taxi to Juanillo Beach, which was wonderful. Guests can also enjoy pools located above the hotel in the marina villa areas, as well as a 24-hour bar right at the hotel. Near the pools, there’s even a cozy beach bar with a relaxed atmosphere. These little touches made the stay feel both elevated and welcoming. We also want to highlight Niel and Leandro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The entire team is a true credit to the hotel.

This hotel is just as the images shared and more beautiful in person ! Charming and warm welcoming staff made the stay even that much better ! The breakfast is varied and delicious ! My family and I enjoyed every day of our 7 days there and will return!

Inaccurate description

Friendly staff. Well designed common areas. A few “bait and switch” moments. Beach is not a 4 minute walk away as stated in description. You actually have to ask the staff to drive you there. The beach was ok, and an extra $20 per person. None of these extra costs are disclosed in the description. Gym is also $10 per person. Again, listed as an amenity but not transparent about extra costs. Breakfast was ok, but not worth $25 per person. We opted to eat elsewhere.

Best hotel I ever stayed in. Élégant, quiet, beautiful. We got the room with the veranda. It was marvelous. Breakfast on the veranda exquisite. The concierge Jonnel was amazing. He real care deeply about his guests. The speaks 7 languages, including French..which, I gladly spoke with him. He arranged for transportation and made restaurants reservations for us. Served us breakfast on our private veranda. Anything he could to make sure our stay was very pleasant. My wife and I will absolutely go back.

A Peaceful Gem in Punta Cana I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Don Pablo Faranda Punta Cana. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, this is the perfect spot. The atmosphere is calm and low-key, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. The common areas are beautifully maintained and offer a great space to relax, read, or just enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt very peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. It’s not a party scene, which I really appreciated—it felt like a hidden gem for those who want to escape the crowds and just enjoy some tranquility in paradise. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Punta Cana.
