I arrived for check in and they said they were doing improvements to my room and sent me to another of their hotels further away. The reason I choose this specific hotel was because it was literally in front of the airport as I had an early flight. Then on my way to the other hotel, the guards did not want to let me through.

Amazing! Super customer service from check in to check out! Restaurant was great for dinner. We loved the breakfast buffet. When our driver was late Leity was on it! Julia checked us in and made sure our room was ready when our plans changed and we arrived early.

The staffs are very friendly, Yeuri and kenia make sure everything was ok. They are wonderful staffs. The buffet breakfast was amazing alot of things to choose from. The beds were very comfortable no complain...The breakfast fee should be included in the pricing and the $20 each night fee should be included in the pricing.
