The property is very new, has a beautiful Olympic size swimming pool, it's very clean. The staff is very friendly. If you walk from the corner of the property you can be at the mall or at the downtown entertainment center within 5 minutes.

I accidentally booked two nights using a thirds party application. I informed the Faranda hotel within an hour of booking when I checked in. They advised me the refund would have to come from the third part booking agent which was not true. I checked out the following day and they have since refused to refund me for the 2nd night. Aside from that, the hotel was nice.

My stay was excellent! Didnt even noticed construction...seriously.! Relaxing, modern, clean! Bed and pillows superb!! Staff well i can't say enough good things! The gentleman at night when i checked in, cant remember name, was friendly, accomodating and sincere! To the young lady at breakfast that allowed me seating even though i was late...thank you, or i would have missed a fabulous breakfast!!! Checkout friendly and simple! Will definitely recommend as well as stay again and i cant wait to see finished construction! Again thank you!

The hotel was great for one night stay because our flight was delayed. The rooms are very big and clean. The noise from the road was a little distracting but did not disrupt our sleep.

Good value and updated but the room odor

From the time we entered the office to when got to our first room to when we ate in the wonderful restaurant, the service was very good. We were welcomed with a cheerful young woman who spoke very clear English and greeted us with their homemade cocktail, which could be my new favorite beverage! The manager was also gracious and showed us to our room, which was on the first floor. That’s when it got sketchy. The odor in the room hit us like a brick wall. I thought it was a cigarette mix with cigar smell, and my sister thought it was dog smell. It was strong and we didn’t think we could manage in that room. We went to the office to ask for a different room and in a few minutes or taken to a different first floor room. We thought that that rooms older was a bit less and that we could maybe spend the night there, but after undressing and getting into the shower, the water didn’t come out of the showerhead. So back to the office we went after getting dressed again and young man taking over the front desk cheerfully placed us in a third floor room. This room had even less, but it was still there odor and we asked him to get the shower running before he left which he did. so we stayed in the third room and did OK. These large rooms appear to be identical and everything you need for a comfortable night stay. There’s a large pool outside and lounge chairs. We were extremely impressed with the restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast that were super tasty and great service.

It’s hard for transportation to find the location due to the entrance being on a gravel road, it’s easy to miss. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly and the room was outstanding. 10/10
