The resorts has a lot of programming and is very entertaining and fun. The rooms are not sound proof at all (you can over hear your neighbors conversations and staff in the hall and furniture moving on the room above). The room and pool was pretty clean. The resort is just a little dated. But overall a good stay.

My child got sick with an unknown virus at the hotel. He developed a high fever, lost his appetite, watery red spots appeared on his body, especially in the joints and around his mouth, after which scars began to appear on his skin. Also, my friend who traveled with us got diarrhea of ​​independence, which lasted for 5 days. This may indicate unsanitary conditions or the presence of viruses on the hotel premises (buffet or pool). I am very upset by such events.

The pools, beach, and restaurants were good. The rooms were not the best. We had a toilet and rood leak in our first room and the AC did not work well after switching and we could not get it to a good sleeping temperature.

Kid friendly resort, clean and great food. Restaurant reservation the only downfall as its not easy to book your time. Property is far from the beach but there is available golf cart service that compensates if walking is not your thing.

I like the front desk, doing their best to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. I did not like the restaurants or the buffet. They served almost the same thing all the time. Food was cold. And at the restaurants the food was horrible. They were only one food hut at the waterpark area, that only served pizza. Wanted anything else yu had to walk a long way to the buffet. Ive been to other resorts that were more convienent and had options. The staff fight for tips amongst each other and expects it all the time. They only treat yu well if they know yu leave good tips. Spent around 300 just in tips to have good service, which was average. Had someone on the lobby approach us telling us he wants to give us a gift of $80 and all we have to do is sit for a meeting that will happen during our breakfast. We told him we had two kids and did not want to take any time away from their day which he said will be very short. We also asked of they was any money involved because we would not be interested if they were going to get us to buy something. Lied and said no. Wasted half the day with them trying to get us to take a package for 30,000. Never again.

the hotel is very old. very crowded, huge lines at the buffet. The staff is very unprofessional. Especially in the residential area. We had 2 towels in the room, although there were 3 of us. There are a lot of children in the hotel, but the staff does not seem to understand this, it is impossible for children to sleep after lunch. It is very noisy in the corridors, the staff talk loudly, shout at each other, like on the street, they drop everything, rattle carts, move furniture ... But it is very good for children, a wonderful water park and a children's club
