Estamos súper, agradecidos mi familia y yo por la atención especial que nos brindaron todas las personas que estaban ahí en Bahía príncipe fantasía, especialmente Gavilin , Nelson , Rubén y todos con los que tuvimos contacto durante nuestras vacaciones. Todos fueron muy especial con nosotros. Tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de tres hoteles aunque nos quedamos en fantasía pero tuvimos acceso a otros y todos están súper acogedores. Mi única sugerencia es que los cuartos necesitan una actualización para que sean cinco estrellas pero eso no es culpa del personal que trabaja ahí. Definitivamente lo recomiendo viaje con mis dos niños y mi madre y todo estuvo súper genial. Las acomodaciones y el trato. Muchas gracias a todos y espero volver pronto.

The best parts of the trip were the people. Dominican people love kids and most of them tried to make our son feel good and played with him so he had a great time. Our room was cleaned very well. One weird part we noticed was that they didn’t really bother cleaning the stairs going up and down to our floor. We literally saw the exact same dead bugs in the same spot for the entire time there. That was odd as the room cleaning was great. The best restaurants were Il Capricio and Le Gourmet. Great food and service. The water park was lots of fun for our son and they had a few foam pool parties in the main pool, those were great fun. Entertainment was good, although one negative experience for us was that when they had the kids parties, the music was way too loud. My Apple watch registered a peak of 107dB - sound at this levels will cause ear damage in minutes. I had to move our son away from the speakers as I was trying to protect his hearing. Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend this resort. It’s not perfect but nothing is, and we hope to be back one day.

From check out to check in, I can honestly say they have the friendliest and most helpful workers I’ve encountered at a resort. Their app made ordering room service and concierge a breeze! The room always clean when we came back from our day. The vendors there are not pushy at all and respect when you tell them you’re not interested. Also, this is a great resort especially if you have kids and you can access the other Bahia hotels pools and buffets as well which was nice- provided variety.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Juan and Cruz from family concierge made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Juan helped me get immediate help when my wrist band would not work to let me in my room. Excellent staff! Resort was also amazing with the kids activities. Best family resort I've been to so far.

Our stay was amazing, the staff was so nice and professional, Santa was the person who helped me at checking, very nice person, she was willing to help me with all my questions and concerns, I traveled with my parents and kids and she helped us with everything, she is one of the persons, I met at fantasia that would me make come back again, I want to mention gafitas too from the restaurant maiko he was a great guy and made us feel so comfortable and the food he cooked us was more than delicious.
