¡Bienvenido a la magnífica Sunset Beach House! Disfrute de la belleza natural más espectacular que Michigan tiene para ofrecer en esta encantadora casa de campo de 6 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada en el lago Upper Scott, a solo 2, 5 horas de Chicago y 3 horas de Detroit. A una corta distancia en automóvil encontrará las hermosas comunidades costeras del Lago Michigan de South Haven, Saugatuck y Holanda. Los cómodos sillones de cuero son una zona de estar perfecta para ver películas. La cocina está bien equipada e incluso tiene un mini refrigerador para que los niños puedan comprar sus propios bocadillos y bebidas. Las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas, son cómodas y acogedoras. La playa cuenta con el mejor fondo de arena dura en el lago y es excelente para nadar. Y es especialmente bueno para los niños porque se profundiza lentamente, hasta las rodillas de 20 a 30 pies. La canoa es una forma divertida de explorar el lago. Si tiene un bote y quiere usar el muelle, siempre hay alguien a quien puede llamar para que lo ayude por una pequeña tarifa. We had a great stay with our group of 10 friends. The access to the lake was great even though the weather wasn't on our side. Location was a bit further from other attractions than we anticipated but it was located between South Haven & Douglas/Saugatuck so we were able to visit both during our trip. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out. We couldn't find the remote during our stay but didn't end up using the TV much anyway. Communication with the host beforehand was great, answered all our questions and suggested things to do in the area. Great find for a Southwest MI getaway!

Leadership retreat

We rented the property to host a weekend leadership retreat for our church leaders. The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We reallly appreciated our stay and the sun set over the lake was beautiful.

Great Remote Location

My friends and I chose this Vrbo for our annual retreat in a remote location and this served us well! Very spacious (we made it work for 12 young adults), the property management team was very efficient and proactive with their communication (they answered all questions), the check-in/out process was smooth, and the lake that the property was off of was beautiful.Though this is likely a more desirable place for a family summer vacation, my group and I had a great time. I would recommend this Vrbo for anyone looking for a place to stay in Pullman/South Haven.

Girls Bookclub Weekend

We spent the weekend Fri-Sun. We were very lucky to have the most perfect weather. The view was terrific. We found things to do but if we hadn't left the house it would have been great too. House was great! We did have a lot of ladybug friends but this is the season and they didn't bother us. I appreciated the full stocked kitchen supplies but what is always nice was that there were spices and those kinds of things. It was easy access to wineries and the surrounding towns. Recommend!

Labor Day getaway

Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids enjoyed staying here. The house fit all our needs. The xanoe was enjoyed on the lake. We visited South Haven, Holland, & Silver Lake while here.

Pullman Cottage

This lake house exceeded our expectations. Perfect place for our family to enjoy time together in the open kitchen and living space. Nice deck, yard and fire pit. The lake was very clean and shallow enough for kids to play. The house is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It was nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. There was good communication with owner and property manager. We hope to return.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying here! The house is perfectly set up for myself and my family, my brother and his, and my sister and hers. We had 7 adults and 6 kids very comfortably situated. The only thing i could ask for the house didnt have wasa game room or second living room. The lake was very peaceful and you dint have to worry about thenyounger kids going to deep as the lake is very sandy and shallow. Caught many sunfish and largemouth bass off the dock and canoe. Watch out for the swans and geese! Having the small fence to roll out came in handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation 2024

Had a great week with the family. The house was great and was well stocked. The fence used to keep the geese out of the yard was a bit odd and annoying to have to take down to access the dock/lake. It was nice to have the kayak but it would have been nice to have a pontoon available. It was also a bit weird to have strangers wandering the yard every day scooping poop. Especially the guy who was complaining constantly while doing it as we sat on the front porch trying to read. Overall, the trip was great and the house was nice.

Family girls Weekend

Plenty of space. Loved how the bedrooms were down one hallway. The kitchen and living room all one open space. We had plenty of room to craft and play games in the long table. Everything in one floor. Plenty of bathrooms for 14 women. Totally ideal. Beautiful colors on the trees. Perfect weekend. Awesome Hosts.

Fall 2023 Friend-sips Wellness Retreat

My group had a great time. Everything was clean and comfortable. It rained the entire time that we were there. However, we were able to capture the most beautiful rainbows and Swan passings ever. The check in process was easy, The kitchen provided everything we needed, and the spaciousness allowed everyone to feel at home. We appreciated the written instuctions on how to use various equipment. One of the best homes we've visited. It's a hidden gem.

Beautiful Lakefront Property, very peaceful

This property was perfect for our annual Cousin gathering. We made wonderful memories at this house. All bedrooms were very comfortable and spotless. The house had everything we could possibly need or want. Close to many different coastal towns for day trips. The property's staff and local contact were great in answering any of our questions.

House was fine lots of space, but we had a couple of things that we’d like you to look at: The water pressure in the kitchen sink is very very low. Everywhere else is fine, but that seems to be unusually low. In the first bedroom on the left, going from the living room to the driveway, there is a musty smell that is pretty prevalent in that room. We tried using a fan, but that really didn’t help much in the second bedroom on the right from the living room to the driveway there is a Hanger on the wall but it’s not very secure. We hung a bathrobe on it and it immediately fell off. The nails are still there but you might wanna look at that. The outside lights on the side of the house by the grill and the outside lights that shine into the parking area have burned out need to be replaced With found the house very comfortable, and even though it took us a little bit to get used to the acoustics because of the lack of carpeting’s or lack of window dressings, we loved it there, and it was very accommodating

Summer home away from home

The property was immaculately clean. It gave us the room that we needed to accommodate our family members, and it was well stocked with many of the things that we needed to make our stay memorable. The lake was clean and easily accessible, roughly 30 yards from the back door. The water was deep enough for the kids to jump off the dock, but shallow enough that the youngest ones could wade safely . And the lake is well stocked with fish and our son-in-law caught a huge largemouth bass. The air condition was a true blessing, the beds were comfortable, and the conveniences, such as a dishwasher, TVs and Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a smaller refrigerator, a washer and dryer, a canoe, and lifejackets, were all just a few examples of the many thoughtful touches that made this property an outstanding choice. Above all, the property owner and manager were super friendly, and they worked to accommodate our needs. This is a great property, and we had a marvelous time staying here. We would definitely recommend it as a family – friendly, summer home away from home!
