1.交通便利，有地下停車場。 2.我們10人所住的16樓，設備有翻新，硬體尚可。 3.前台服務品質很差，應請專家給予加強在職訓練。 3.飯店網頁首頁有很不錯的SPA池設施。但是，入住時櫃台人員卻推說正在裝修，沒有開放。在此情況，管理者應在其首頁公布SPA池維修狀況，以免引起顧客與飯店間無謂的糾紛。 4.早餐6:30至9:00，本團體十人，在7點30進入時，中餐菜盤已有4個掏空沒有再補，經通知前台20分鐘後才部份補足。
