Wonderful: grand spacious buildings and a lovely private garden with the feel of a Roman villa, and then a terrace facing west down a valley that could have been Tuscany. A lovely place to stay.

Absolutely stunning inside and out! Great hosts .. Well equipped, comfortable and catered for all our various family gatherings during our 5 day stay and extended wedding celebrations - we had a hard time leaving .. and hope to return again very soon!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Kithurst Barns. The property is beautiful and just a fantastic space for a group to get together - plenty of room if you need your own space and a brilliant large area to socialise in. We just loved it!

Lovely break in the south downs

we enjoyed a lovely stay at a fabulous location. Plenty of room for family and friends to get together for the weekend. Hosts were great with communication.

Fantastic Stay

The house was better than described, and we would have no issues in recommending the accommodation to friends and family and will definitely be returning for another stay. The hosts were great and were always on hand for any questions we may have.

Wonderful long weekend stay

We were spending a Bank Holiday weekend with all our children and their partners to celebrate a big birthday. There was masses of space for all 11 of us and so much to do. The kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. We couldn't find fault with anything.

Epic place

These barns are really special, we stayed over our wedding weekend with our families and it was fantastic. There is everything you need and the gardens in particular are beautiful - everyone of us who stayed said we wished we owned it! The hosts Vicky and Emma were very responsive and helpful even giving us an early check in and late check out. We can’t wait to come back!

Accomodation barn for our daughters wedding at nearby Cissbury Barns

Kitshurst Barns are absolutely stunning. We were a party of 11 adults and 1 child staying for 3 nights. The propery is breathtaking both inside and out.It is equipeed to a very high standard with beautiful furnishings in all rooms.The main large barn is FANTASTIC !!

Perfect family get together

It’s a beautiful property. Everything has been thought of and we were well looked after by the owner and manager. We booked the chef, Elia, who is listed in the property information, and she was wonderful. Delicious food and delightful personality. Perfect Pamper were also exceptional. Very well equipped kitchen(s), and lot of games and activities to do. Highly recommended!

An oasis in west sussex

From the moment you arrive and step into the courtyard the ambiance of the barns wraps itself around you. The barns are very well equipped and we loved the different seating areas both inside and outside so all age groups had their own space- with plenty of room in big barn to all get together when we wanted to. Vicky communicated speedily when we had questions both before and during our stay. An amazing place.

Amazing property!

The house is beautiful. We were 3 families for a long weekend and it couldnt have been more perfect. Plenty of space inside and out for the kids and adults. A picture perfect walled garden and beautifully decorated throughout. Plenty of bedrooms. Great communication! We couldnt fault anything and would love to go back one day...

A truely amazing Christmas Stay 🎄

Booking this property for our family Christmas was truely magical. The property and owners couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The house has everything you could ask for… very well equipped kitchen/s, enormous dining table which made Christmas Day special, gorgeous grounds, plenty of games to keep the kids happy… We are struggling to find any faults at all. Would love to return at some point…thank you again x x

Amazing!!!

This property is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice- we were blown away! We had family and friends from the UK come as we came in from America. It was great for all ages! The game room was a serious hit!! They have thought of every detail in this property- it is luxury! Beds, linens, kitchens all top notch!

Beautiful Barns

The pictures and description of this property on the web site do not do it justice. This is lovely holiday accommodation which I would recommend for a maybe acouple of families wanting to spend some luxury time together. The family areas are spacious and facilities very good. Bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. Gardens are beautiful with the added advantages of various seating areas, BBQ games room and Hot Tub. Perfect getaway.

Stunning Location in Sussex

This property was beyond expectations. It is unique and extremely beautiful. It is very well equipped in every way. The living space and outdoor space is superb especially in relationship to numerous of bedrooms. A great place for a special family event. Lots of opportunity to have long evenings of fabulous meals and conversation. Not inexpensive but worth it!

Incredible stay - we'll definitely be back!

I didn't think it would be possible but the property is even more impressive than the photos show. We were a group of 11 friends staying for a long weekend. It's the most well-equipped property I've ever stayed at - there are two kitchens, making meal times for a large group really easy to manage, two living rooms, and of course lots of outside space. Everything felt so clean and new, and Vicky was great with communication from check-in until check-out. We'll definitely be back for another stay!
