The food was lousy tasteless your drinks was watered down the rooms needs attention. The room not clean the room properly to leave dishes and unclean. The towels was dingy. The whole need to pay more attention to their guest, more activities, sense in all inclusive I will not revisit this hotel very poor service I would not visit this hotel in the future and I will not recommend it to anyone

NOT RECOMEND!

Invited a group of friends expecting a fun weekend, but at 8:00pm the room went dark - no lights, no AC, no water and no one available to fix it - no one knew what happened. Am an experience electrical engineer and was forced to find another place outside the resort because by 1:00am it was unbearable. Most guest in the area (a dozen other guests) told me they had to find a place to sleep outside their room! Incredible!!!

The place was beautiful and comfortable. I had a family situation which had nothing to do with the property. The staff went out of their way to help with any issue we were facing. Though they were young, their maturity and professionalism were above and beyond.
