Terrific 1 bedroom, fully set up condominium that reflects the best of the Sonoran Sea Resort, and Rocky Point Mexico. This beach destination is well known for weekend getaways that bring you the great outdoors, beach weddings, and nights full of celebration.

Explore the outdoor natural world with a fishing charter, a sunset cruise, ATV rides, horses on Las Conchas Beach, and the world-famous CEDO institute for Ocean Studies and Education.

The condo is fully appointed to accept 2 to 4 guests in real comfort and style. Sofa and comfortable chair in the living area faces a large TV with its DVD. Small but well-stocked kitchen ( glass plates, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, stove microwave, etc.) has a granite countertop. Bedroom with its TV and DVD, King bed, and bathroom with tiled shower and vanity with a large mirror.

Great Views and Exceptional Hospitality

My recent stay at this hotel was wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist me. The one-bedroom suite was really clean, comfortable and relaxing. The best part though, was the view from my room. It overlooked the pool and the ocean. I was able to peek through my balcony and feel the vibes before going out.Another thing I would mention is that I felt incredibly safe throughout my entire trip, which made it easy to fully unwind and enjoy my time here.If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with great service, clean accommodations, and stunning views, this hotel is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return next year or the year after!

The room I booked had water issues so I was given another room right above the other. It may explain why the room didn’t have any extra toilet paper, very little handwashing, we had to use our own. Very little water came out of faucet. It was however very clean!

Old condo unit in need of repairs

We checked into the unit. It was dirty. The bathroom exhaust fan was hanging out of the ceiling by its wires. The maintenance people just took it down and left a gaping hole in the ceiling. The refrigerator was missing several shelves and leaked onto the kitchen floor. It was a very old refrigerator and was rusty. The outdoor table was covered in rust. The unit needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly. Also, the resort had their bar closed all week and didn't open until Friday despite what the front desk said. Also, one of the pools was going to undergo renovations and was drained. We will likely not stay at this resort again.

Great pool and beach access!

The hotel location is amazing, property grounds are clean and the unit has a great view of the ocean and pool. As a heads up to future renters, you should probably bring your own hairdryer as the one they have overheats very quickly and shuts off. Also be aware that when I plugged something in on the patio the outlet started to sizzle, so I quickly unplugged it. Hopefully, the property manager will reattach the toilet paper holder in the near future as it was just laying on the back of the toilet when we arrived. Seems like an easy fix. Be advised that sometimes the elevators get backed up when it's busy and it can take a bit. If we were going down we used the stairs, not as easy if you're going up 6 floors!!. Overall it was a great vacation and we'll definitely be back to stay at this hotel!

Fridge door had to be pried closed with chair or mo handle, stove top burners did not work but one. Hair dryer did not either. Did not use microwave or dishwasher. Poor/low water pressure in shower. Otherwise nice place and location. Had a swell time.

Nice Condo, Easy Check-In

Super easy checkin process. Overall, condo is nice. Some of the doors, etc could have been scrubbed a bit more. I was able to wipe dirt off. Toilet had a big leak in the tank however we were able to hold it off with some towels. Hairdryer stopped working halfway through the stay. Didn’t mention it during our stay because we were fine. No big deal. Overall a nice condo though, I would rent it again is the repairs were made. Well stocked with items. Don’t know if it was because of the COVID closures, but luckily we were checking out at about 8:50am and not any earlier because no one was at the desk. Had to wait until someone arrived at 9am in order to check out. We had a great time!
