Palacio Del Mar is the Palace on the Sea! This Rocky Point condominium rental is located on El Mirador Beach. It is in a gated, secured, small private complex. Relax on your private ground floor patio that is 80 feet from the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise, changing tides, waves, and beautiful sunsets. Condo is full of all necessities from towels, sheets, pillows, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware and coffee pot. Full size microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.



This is a Ground Level - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom spacious condo located directly on the ocean!



We are located on El Mirador Beach, we are closest to Manny's Beach Club/Restaurant. Less than 2 miles from the Malecon and restaurants. There is 24/7 gated security parking. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only per condo. The pool, spa, palapas and beach chairs are all public areas.
