Our Penthouse is on the 6th floor of Building C, the closest building to the beach in the entire complex. It features 3 Bedrooms with King size beds, 2 Master Bedrooms, both with sea views, private patio access, and in-suite bathrooms. There is a 3rd full guest bathroom with a large tub to relax in.

Stackable sliding doors in the family room lead you into the large, covered patio for one of the best views in town. Or take the steps upstairs to the private open air rooftop terrace for another panoramic

view.



Additional features include a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room, an XL Twin mattress in the Master Bedroom, comfortable furniture throughout with a fire pit, gorgeous brick Bovada ceilings, and more!



Wendy and Craig live in Puerto Panasco full time and monitor all aspects of your stay through the feed and others.



Pools: Casa Blanca Golf Villas features four pools, a beach front pool, a swim up bar with great food & service; drink service and two, year-round heated pools with large shallow areas. All of the pools have chaise loungers and shade.



Bluetooth speakers are permitted by the pools, and all other common areas, to relax and enjoy your day with your favorite tunes!



Dining: Casa Blanca is home to La Joya Restaurant Bistro and Bar. In addition to their spectacular food and service, they host live music on the weekends in their intimate outdoor patio area. They also have yard games, large flat screen TV’s to watch your favorite team, and excellent food and drinks from

breakfast to dinner! They also offer room service directly to the Penthouse!



Golf Enthusiast`s Dream: As a guest at Casa Blanca Golf Villas, you have access to an 18-hole putting course, plus there are multiple Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses nearby! We have putters and golf balls available for our guests to enjoy the putting course with family and friends.



Beach Access: The C building has the closest beach access of any of the buildings in Casa Blanca, just a short walk to sand and water!



Management Services: Our property managers Craig and Wendy are a call away to help with any of your needs!



Building E has a mini convenience store inside with the necessities: beer, ice cream, treats, water, sunblock, etc.!



Dog Friendly: Casa Blanca, as of this writing on 10/2023, is the only condo complex on Sandy Beach that is dog friendly for renters! The maximum number of pets permitted is two and they must be listed on the reservation.



Security: The complex has a guard gate that is manned 24/7 as well as multiple security guards on duty 24/7. In addition, the penthouse has an exterior security camera by the front door. Casa Blanca Golf Villas require all guests to wear a wristband during their stay. Please make your reservation with the accurate number of guests staying at the condo. (The maximum number of guests for our 3BR PH is 10.) Walking toddlers are included on the guest count and required to have a wristband.



Location: Casa Blanca Golf Villas is located on Sandy Beach. There are restaurants, bars, and much more

within walking distance and you're only a 10–15-minute drive from the vibrant atmosphere of

downtown Rocky Point.



Other Amenities: In addition to Casa Blanca’s beautiful landscape, it also features a volleyball court, cornhole boards, gas grills, tables and shade by the grills, a large ramada and more! The ramada is

available to reserve for large gatherings.

Parking: We have space for two vehicles. Parking is located right outside Building C near the elevators. There is an overflow parking lot for trailers pulling atvs, razrs, etc! Please let us know in advance if you will be utilizing the overflow parking.



Family friendly: We have bilingual children’s books, putters, and toys for kids. A pack n play, and a toddler cot are also available.
