Amazing property in a very peaceful neighbourhood with lots of space. It’s a 10-15 minute stroll down to the town centre and a quick 5 EUR taxi ride back up for those who don’t want to tackle the hill on foot.

A Peaceful Stay

From the time of booking we had excellent communication with the property manager, Juanjo. He was proactive in keeping us in the picture and immediately prior to our rental he sent details of good restaurants and shopping. All most useful. The house is 'shabby chic' and as a result has a special charm. Lovely gardens and very peaceful despite the fact that it is close to town. It had everything that we needed and more. A most enjoyable stay.

Wonderful traditional villa

We’ve just come back from a wonderful week at this very spacious villa. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors which means there’s plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. The villa is well appointed with everything you need, it is a little old fashioned but that is part of its charm. The garden is massive, beautifully maintained, with little hidey places which my niece loved exploring. There is an outside bar and eating area which is fantastic and wonderfully cool in the heat of the day. Bring bug spray, the mosquitos are plentiful! It’s about a mile walk downhill to the beach and lido, which is easy, the walk back up is harder. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended! The owner was helpful and prompt when we had an issue which was resolved very quickly.

Island of peace in the middle of the town

The property and gardens are an island of peace in the middle of the town, we had a couple of small issues to begin with but they were quickly sorted by our very responsive host. The villa is spacious we especially liked the outdoor bar sitting area during the heat of the day. We would go back in the future.

Wonderful House, Great Location

The weather was mostly sunny and hot-thank goodness for the constant breezes. Beautiful yard and covered patio. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, although the second smallest bedroom in the basement had just a double bed. Easy walk to Puerto Cruz and several nice beaches.

Lovely Villa

What a charming and unusual place with such a beautiful garden. Juanjo was exceptional - kindly, attentive and caring. Could not ask for better. The cold weather dampened our spirits a bit but we have a nice stay. The walk down to Puerto centre is not too onerous although some may need a taxi back as it is alll uphill. Taxi not expensive though. Also there are some restaurants very close by. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Fabulous location

We have 2 dogs so we wanted somewhere we could take them. The dogs loved the garden so much I don’t think they wanted to come home. The garden is a little oasis and is so quiet and relaxing. The walk down into the town is only a short walk, which we enjoyed, but if you don’t want to walk back up, a taxi is a bargain at €4. Alejandro was a great contact both before and whilst we are at the property. We will stay again next time we are in Puerto. Thanks

Beautiful garden

We spent four weeks at this lovely villa and the garden is stunning. It is up a hill but the views were beautiful.The villa has everything you need for a holiday. Our host Juanjo, was very helpful and nothing was any bother. Hopefully we will return one day.

Somos un grupo familiar de 7 adultos, 2 niños y un bebé que alquilamos una casa juntos para las vacaciones, en distintas regiones, desde hace 5 años, y esta es la casa en la que más cómodos y a gusto hemos estado. Está muy bien localizada, en un barrio agradable y tranquilo cerca del mar, el jardín es una pasada, está bien equipada (hemos podido ducharnos casi a la vez con agua caliente) y el encargado, Juanjo, es amable y efectivo (la información que nos dio era totalmente veraz) . En resumen, muy muy recomendable.

My Canarian Experience

After spending some time of our trip on the southern part of the island in a more sunbathing and pool manner the north has given us a great opportunity to discover the heritage, nature, and cities of Tenerife. The host has been a great help when it comes to discovering the city cuisine and gave great advice when sightseeing. Overall the house has perfectly fit our mood for the rest of the trip. The small minus is the small kitchen which didn't work great for us during Christmas food preparations.

Beautiful Tropical Garden Amazing House

We stayed as a family, 4 adults (parents & grandparents) and 2 young children. The house was perfect for our group, more than plenty of space in the house and even more then plenty of space in the garden and outside, with great views over the bay & garden. House was very clean & tidy with adequate facilities for self catering. Plenty of parking space. We had a VW transporter and could turn it round in the parking space. The house is set over 3 levels, with a bedroom & en suite bathroom on the top & main floor & 2 bedrooms with jack & gill bathroom on the lower floor. This meant we all had a bathroom each & an extra loo on main floor. The main bedroom was huge with a lovely balcony. The area of Puerto de la Cruz is great, we enjoyed exploring the town, new parts & old. The house was within walking distance of the town, it is up a rather steep hill, this was not a great problem for us. However, we did discover that taxi's were rather cheap ( 3.25 euro each way) by the end on the week - when the rain came! A supermarket was nearby in the town and there was a bigger one with a car park about 10 mins drive. The one way system within Puerto & most towns in Tenerife can be a bit confusing! We ate out in the town & found a few nice places to eat, mainly Italian but I'm sure there are other places but we didn't discover this. I think it would be helpful to have a guest book with recommendations of restaurants or places to go in the town. Overall we had a lovely holiday in Tenerife & staying at this property was great. Oswald kept in touch with all our questions before our trip. Everything was clear & came without problems or complications. The only thing our children wanted was for Oswald to build a swimming pool (please)!! Although the local out door pool complex was fab, the kids loved it, even though the water was pretty cold. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wir waren im Februar Gäste in dem wunderschönem Haus. Das Grundstück und der traumhafte Garten hat uns sehr viel Freude gemacht. Wir waren 3 Familien und haben besonders die Terrasse am supergepflegten Garten ausgiebig genutzt. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist ideal als Startplatz für Ausflüge oder Spaziergänge in Altstadt und nähere Umgebung.

Excellent property in a very convenient area

The property was ideal for myself and two sisters for our yearly holiday together. The property is very spacious, well equipped and clean with extensive well kept gardens. There is a main road down the hill where numerous buses pass but the house is very quiet. The main resort is within walking distance of the house where there are many restaurants and beaches and there is a very good restaurant very close to the house if you don't wish to walk too far. Oswald was very helpful and asked what we liked to do on holiday. With this information he suggested places to go, printed off bus information and also printed off two walks we could do from the town. We didn't have a car so he suggested excursions he thought we would like and we booked these through an agency in town. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and all this was very useful. Oswald is a very good communicator and easy to deal with, answering all of our emails and texts promptly. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

We spent an amazing family vacation at Paradise Garden Villa! We thought that villas with such a great and wonderful garden can be only in fairy tales. But it is true) In reality the garden is the same as on photos. It is awesome! With interesting landscape and lots of flowers - very accurate and beautiful. We spent all evenings in the garden in well equipped patio, drinking vine and listening to the relaxing music. The house is very large and historical, with authentic furniture, comfortable beds and lots of space. It is fully equipped with all necessary things for a great vacation. Osvaldo is very friendly and responsive person. He knows everything about the region and is ready to give a good peace of advice of the best places in the island. We highly recommend this property for unforgettable holiday!
