The one good thing about this hotel was its location. It is right next to the freeway off-ramp, mid Lehi. That being said, you can certainly hear the freeway at all times. We were in a non smoking room that still reeked of smoke. The elevator was broken on the last day we were there so getting all our bags down to the car was quite an adventure. We were on the third floor. The stairwell closest to our room had no working lights on the first or second floors. We had to use our phone flashlight to see anything. The room is best described as shabby. Lights flickered when turned on. Towels were old and scratchy. The sink and bathtub were stained. I suppose the old adage applies here… YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We stayed four nights and never had our trash cans emptied or our towels replenished or our bed made. There were some homeless looking people hanging out near the back door of the lobby, I believe they were the cause of the smokey smell. We won’t be back.
