The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was clean and the pool was lovely. The walk to the beach was 10 mins for us slow walkers, it would be 5 if you are a quick walker. Highly recommend either renting a car or having a driver on standby. The property is about a 50 minute walk from Grace Bay which the main town with restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of restaurants about a 20 minute walk from the house. We had a driver, Patrick, and he was fantastic. His company is Global Luxury Chauffeur.

Mauck family vacation

Property was in a nice secluded location. Sunset Beach area was close walk and nice. Great for teenagers to hang out with lots of space and the outdoor pool. I would definitely recommend. Also short driving distance to GraceBay beach area and lots of eateries.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property convenient to beach, grocery and Grace Bay!

Short walk to the fabulous Sunset (Leeward) Beach, refreshing salt water pool on the property and amazing location! Walk to restaurants from the beach, and very close drive to all the Grace Bay shops! Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals at the house and very thoughtful touches for visitors traveling from afar!

Fantastic property a short walk to the best sunset beach

The house is wonderful and with the ample fans there was no need for air conditioning. A short walk to the beach for world class sunsets. The restaurant choices and shopping on this side of the island are all excellent and a short ride from the property. It is in a gated community so we never felt unsafe. 5/5 will be renting again!

The villa was perfect for our group of five. Great proximity to gorgeous Sunset Beach. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful! They had great recommendations for activities during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Great visit to Turks!

We had a wonderful visit in Turks and the house was perfect for 5 adults. Plenty of room to be together, or to be apart. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk, which we went to every day, beautiful sand and ocean. It was great having beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels to use. The pool was nice for an after beach swim or to sit near for your morning coffee. We had an issue with the bathroom and the owners fixed it right away. Great communication before and during our stay. You definitely need a car when staying here. We would totally come back and rent again. A very easy and comfortable home in Turks and so close to the beach!!! thanks for letting us rent your home!!!

Lovely property, spacious, good location, check in was great, communication was great. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler box was a nice touch. You need a rental car to get around, I can recommend Grace Bay Car Rentals.

Lovely Leeward Villa

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved how close it was to the beach. The house had everything we needed including bbq, water cooler and beach chairs which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and yard. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great Home & Location

We stayed here last week. It was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to spread out. We had never been to T&C before, this location is perfect. The most beautiful beach is walkable, it's a secure neighborhood, we were close (driving) to small town w/grocery, coffee & retail shops It was great to have a kitchen to make meals because dining out is expensive (so are groceries but it helped to eat at home a lot!) Daniel & Natalie were extremely helpful when I had questions regarding the trip. They have an on-site manager who we communicated with a few times but did not need her to come to house. The beach chairs & umbrellas, towels & 5 gallon water dispenser that they supply were important to have. We loved having the pool to come home to after the beach and the home's landscaping is lush and tropical which creates a lot of privacy. It was an amazing week and we are so thankful we were able to visit this island paradise.

Perfect place for the week!

The house is a great value. The location was convenient and private, and the house is spacious. We felt safe staying there even with all the windows open to enjoy the cool breeze of the island. The pool is a great feature although a table out there for breakfast in addition to the pool seating would be a nice addition. It was a great place to sit in the morning and evening. The kitchen was well appointed. We found everything we needed. The water cooler was a plus since the water while drinkable does have a strange taste. The cooler bottles are easy to refill on the island. We did a lot of exploring so the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels that we could take along was great. Plus, the snorkeling gear at the house also came in handy. And there were cooler bags available so we could pack snacks and drinks to take along. The hosts were very responsive to our emails full of questions prior to our arrival and the property manager, Megan, was very responsive once we were on the island.

Peaceful Property

Pros: Clean, spacious, quiet, secluded, POSITIVE communication with property manager Cons: Terrible odor from irrigation system, no public transportation on the island (need car) Suggestions: The grey water irrigation system is set to come on at evening meal time and the odor was horrific. Set it to come on at nighttime. Stock paper products for a week for 6 people. New pillows (stained). Possibly replace mattresses. Beach cart for transporting beach chairs etc. Fun getaway with five friends!
