The newly renovated interior space is stunning, but the outdoor accommodations are what create lasting memories. The space Indoor the dual level Villa is equipped with full kitchens (One on each level), common lounge areas, bedrooms, and private restrooms on both floors. The north side of the house (Facing the water) is lined with sliding glass doors allowing for a breezy open aired atmosphere when needed. Juan Del Mar Villa accommodates 8 persons in total, 4 downstairs and 4 upstairs.

Outdoor Once well rested, take a step out onto the sprawling wooden deck and into the relaxing pool, or sink your toes into the warm, white sands of the private beach found just beyond the pool. The views are breathtaking as you look out onto the Chalk Sound Waters.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and even better than the listing implies. The condition of the property was excellent and the views are some of the best we have experienced. The private beach and clear kayaks as well as the pool creates an environment that you don’t feel as if you need to leave and explore the rest of the island. We would highly recommend this property.
