The host was very responsive and attempted to rectify a number of issues we brought to their attention. The house however is showing its age. The indoor and outdoor furniture are stained. Several lights were burn out (which the host changed when we pointed them out), the coffee maker had to be replaced, the living room TV was very difficult to use and had to be constantly reset, the washer dryer were very old and in a storage room underneath the house with a door which was difficult to open and close. On a positive side, lot’s of beach stuff to take to the beach and the walk is very short. The place was OK but not worth the price.

Great location

Great location. Air conditioning in bedrooms. We used fans in the living room for pull out couch for two teenagers. Well stocked kitchen. Pool was nice size with some shade. Price reasonable. Convenient path to Las Brisas. Six people was the perfect amount for this house.

Sopadilla Beach Vacay

We enjoyed the week in our rental. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with anything you’d need. The outside space and pool is amazing. Short walk to the beach and they have all things you need like wagon, cooler, umbrella and even a kayak/SUP!

Harbor house

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor house! The house was furnished with everything we could need and more! Michelle was very quick to communicate with any questions I had. The best part was the close proximity to Sapodilla Bay, but we also enjoyed exploring other beaches as well. Can't wait to come back!

Such a quiet relaxing villa close to the best beach on the island

This villa was in a safe area that really is a shirt two minute walk from the best beach on the island. The pre-stay pamphlet was a great tool for self service. The pool is warm and inviting, the beds are comfortable. We felt at home right away. We just left today and are looking forward to booking another trip in the next few months.

Family vacation

We loved this property so much. The secret path to coffee at Las Brisas was great and the beach is beautiful. The property manager was amazing and available for all the things we needed. He even answered when it was a Sunday afternoon and my daughter got stung by a jellyfish, he helped us fine the closest open store to get what we needed. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Nice home near industrial area of Provo

The house, pool and bedrooms are nice. Beds comfy. The A/C in the bedrooms is a must. And we slept well. The home is a very short walk to the incredible Sapodilla Bay. The bay is quiet and the water calm. Taylor Bay is even quieter. And just a short drive. Las Brisas restaurant was visited by us often. Only small complaint is that the house is subject to almost constant noise because it is close to the industrial area. Overall a nice home in Sapodilla Bay.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Michelles place. The house is perfect, a 2 minute walk to a glorious beach, great pool and grill area and great WIFI meaning we could all work remotely when needed. And the local house manager was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property , everything we wanted and needed , all thought out brilliantly. Kitchen super equipped. Great pool , lovely to come of beach and relax by . Great aircon in bedrooms . Great laundry room . Not a thing I would change , only that we want to come back like tomorrow!!!!

Can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful time at Harbour House! The house is just what we needed as a family of 4! It is very well stocked and comfortable. I loved waking up every morning with a breeze coming through the windows! It is a short, easy walk to one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever seen. Sapodilla Bay is paradise!! It is shallow, crystal clear, and the perfect place for kids to play. Also the perfect place for a spectacular sunset! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Thanksgiving Trip

Harbour House was perfect for my wife and I and our grown daughter. The property literally had EVERYTHING we needed. The pool was fabulous. We enjoyed watching the lizards as we lounged in and by the pool. HH was so close to the beach. We enjoyed two meals at Las Brisas and prepared most of our other meals at home ourselves. We had a hiccup with the microwave, but Neko and JR were on top of it and delivered a countertop microwave for our use during our stay. If we return to TCI in the future, we will definitely be back to HH. Lovely home and lovely people!!

Loved this house!

We’ve stayed in the area many times but this house was the best. Beautiful property and a 2 minute walk to Sapodilla. Amazing well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Bedrooms with AC which we barely used anyway because the breeze was enough. The property is well maintained and communication was as easy as it could be with management. We usually do different houses every year but are likely going to rebook this one because it was just that awesome. Highly recommend! For reference, we traveled with my husband and my 2 kids- ages 3 and 6.

Beautiful house. Great location.

I’ve stayed in Grace Bay, and I very much prefer Sapodilla Bay. The beach is beautiful, super close (literally a 2 minute walk) and not crowded. It’s perfect for kids because it’s shallow and calm. It’s also great that there is a nice restaurant - Las Brisas - less than 5 minutes away - walking. We loved eating on the top level, outside. The house: beautiful, comfortable, very well-equipped, and very comfortable. Loved the pool! Any questions we had were answered by text almost immediately. Pre-arrival, Michelle, the owner, was excellent to deal with. Overall, it was a great house, in a great location. We would definitely stat there again!

Perfect location but needs improvement

Perfect location, beach is so close, kitchen is well stocked. Garden is nice well kept, pool and palm trees are lovely. It is a lovely house but furnitures needs be thrown out and all house needs a deep cleaning. Sofa in the living room was ripped and had very bad looking stains. We saw a very large flying cockroach in the living room and two in the in suite bathroom . Windows screens has some holes, it lets the mosquitos coming in.

Beautiful property!

Pat, the owner is EXTREMELY accommodating and the property is pristine! It is less than a 5 minute walk to Sapodilla Bay beach and a nearby restaurant, Las Brisas which has a beautiful view. The property is easy to find, and the back yard is complete with an in ground pool with colored lights and a beautiful gazebo which shelters an additional seating area from the sun/rain. There is an outdoor shower near the pool to rinse yourself off and there are also laundry facilities in the clean and well lit basement. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! The air conditioner units in the bedrooms were nice and cold as well. I would highly recommend this property as it has everything that you could want and need, your own private tropical oasis! The house is about 20 minutes from downtown and about 30 minutes from the Blue Haven (Leeward) marina on the other side of the island. Rent a car and explore! Nothing is too far on the island and there are some amazing restaurants and beaches.

Great Access to the Beach

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Harbour House with friends. Michelle was amazing at communicating and got back to us with everything we needed. The house had very close access to a calm beach Sapodilla Bay that we spent lots of our time at. Literally a 3 min walk. As much as we enjoyed our visit and stay there were a few things that our group were disappointed in. The pictures and description of the property were not entirely accurate. The property didn’t appear as pristine as the picture showed them as. A/C was one of the biggest issues. There is no A/C in the main living area and is incredibly hot. Using the oven was a definite no. We had to set fans up to push air from the bedrooms to cool the house down to a manageable temperature and still couldn’t use the oven. The chairs provided at the beach are in really rough shape with broken staps and left black lines on our clothing because they were very dirty. The beach equipment provided at the house needs to be updated too. There was no umbrella and the chairs need to be replaced. Overall our stay was good. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Ooops, We did it Again!!! Second Time back to Harbour House and it is a FABULOUS CHARM!

I guess it pretty much says it all given that this is the 2nd time we have stayed at Harbour House in the last 10 months...it just gets better like fine wine! The stunning, tranquil pool, which is Harbour House's newest ammenity, is heated to a perfect temperature, superb to take a dip into after basking in the sun at the beautiful beach, and not to mention has a cool light show at night when you take an evening dip. It was more than you could ask for along with the high-end patio furniture and lounge chairs and gazebo, it sort of made it hard to go back to the beach after getting sucked into the fabulous set up when stopping home for lunch. A couple of days, I ended up just taking a nap there and calling it a day after paddle boarding and kayaking in Sapadilla Bay...and following around the resident turtle(s). Afterwards, we enjoyed relaxing outside and taking in the sunset with a cocktail. At our leisure, we enjoyed many delicious meals (fresh fish and lobster directly from the boats of the local fishermen) from the more than well-equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and wine fridge or a short walk to Las Brisas to have lunch or dinner & drinks with the wonderful setting overlooking Chalk Sound (or a view of the pool if you just stayed at the bar). The house was perfect for everyone moving at their own pace and space! As always, Pat was at our service and there to provide any recommendations or just checking in. We couldn't ask for a better host or a home away from home. We we will be back, for sure!!! Thank you again for your hospitality and big boy, Oscar too! :)

Calculated Misguided Images and Description

Unfortunately, this property does not look like the property on images or based on description. — There is no AC in the living room or kitchen, so you will be in your bedrooms or feel as though you are cooking in a sauna — There are no umbrellas outside, pool loungers were torn apart and there were 7-10 dogs several mornings that scared my children and tore apart sandals we had left outside — We saw dead and a live roaches (they came to spray) but I do think it speaks to the cleanliness of the home — On the first night, the only television in the home broke. They brought a new one that was 1/4 of the size and we could barely see — The dishwasher broke 2 days into our stay — Several bedroom furniture pieces are on its last leg. Very torn and overly used — something we were shocked because the images made it all look new — I will say property manager was super kind and responsive but he can only fix and update what the owner allows The owner gave us 1 night reimbursement. I had asked if we could leave half way through the trip because of all the issues and she denied that request. We should have been reimbursed at least three nights as that is the time we spent on VRBO who does not support the renter at all. However, they did agree that the images we sent them of the property did not match what was online. The home is in a great location and has lots of potential. I wish the owner was more kind and could have better handled this situation.

Paradise found!

My family of 4 had the opportunity to spend 3 weeks at Harbour House this June and we cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal. It really is just a short walk to stunning Sapodilla Bay. My teenagers loved this beach best (we went to almost all of them during our stay) because it had a great mix of laid back beach-bumming and a fun island vibe with the floating bar and local booths selling drinks & food. Highly recommend renting beach umbrellas if you are spending the day there ($20/day). It does get a little busy on weekends. The house was wonderful. Neko the manager was super helpful with anything we needed. And the owner Michelle has thought of everything! Beach loungers, kayaks, a wagon, cooler etc. It had the most well-appointed kitchen of any of our VRBO stays, and everything is super clean. The pool and gazebo are so pretty. Just know that the bedrooms have air conditioning but not the main part of the house. We had no problem with this though because the breezes come through and really keep things comfortable. I could go on about all the great restaurants on the island, but really we didn't have a single bad meal. Some highlights were Omar's, Grace's Cottage, Caicos Cafe, and The Almond Tree. Be sure to make reservations everywhere! It's true what everyone says about the prices - groceries are very expensive, and eating out is even more so. Renting a car is really the only way to do TCI if you're in a house - Grace Bay is about 20 min. away. There are some cute shops there, we did a couple snorkel tours, and even took a day trip to Grand Turk - which was very quiet since no cruise ships are coming into port yet. But mostly we spent the time beach-hopping and enjoying the clear turquoise water and white sand. Truly paradise found!

Quiet spot. Good location on Providenciales

Wonderful vacation. We were 4 adults vacationing for 1st time in TCI. The house was very spacious for us. Great breeze and also used bedroom AC briefly on a couple nights. Kitchen area had home-comforts which we used daily. Went out to eat on a few occasions, then cooked "at home" or got take-out the rest of the time. Good restaurant (Las Brisas) via a path at the back of the house. Was a 63-second walk (yes, I timed it) to the entrance. Ate there, got take-out there, had drinks there, and went for a tour of Chalk Sound there on a pontoon boat. Very good location. Few-minute walk to Sapodilla beach with a relatively quiet spot for us. But, a short walk down the beach and you could rent jet skis, or have a drink. We used the paddle board/kayaks every day. The sand is very soft and powdery. There is not much wind on that beach, and you can walk out quite a ways and still be no more than knee deep. We thought it would be a great spot for families with little ones to play in the water since it was shallow. Almost no traffic by the house. House repairs (construction) across the street but was never any bother. Used the TV only once, but was available. Used the CD player all day. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The large couch is as orange as it looks in the pictures, but was so comfortable I fell asleep on it twice. Bathrooms were spacious enough. 2 were attached to the bedrooms, and a separate small bathroom off the family room. Plenty of hot water for all 4 of us. Shower by the pool also with warm water. Never ate inside as we opted for the back deck table for meals. There is a very nice gazebo near the pool. Comfortable couches and a ceiling fan. Used the (heated) salt water pool a lot. Just lounged in it and talked for hours. The property manager (Neko !) was accessible and prompt for any little bumps we experienced. We rented a car, which gave us much more "independence". We went to Grace Bay, Turtle Cove, Bight Beach, and Long Bay. Grace Bay has the "action" and there are shops, dining and the big hotels. Long Bay is a kite-surfing spot. Honestly, for us, we liked the relative peace of Sapodilla Beach and Chalk Sound. Convenient gas-mart 2 minutes away. Sunny's grocery store ~ 5-7 minutes away. IGA ~ 10 minutes (very large selection). Best of all is the new owner Michelle. She responds almost immediately to any question and is very helpful. You can tell she wants to please.

Amazing vacation

This was one of our favourite vacation properties ever. So close to the beach. Such a big and lovely outdoor space to gather. The house is a relatively small bungalow but perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen is a great space to cook and the grill and outdoor eating spaces are fabulous. Sapodilla bay is great for kids: warm, clear and calm. We loved this place and will be back!

Great vacation home!

Well provisioned. Walking distance to beach and couldn’t be closer to great restaurant. Great communication with owner and property manager. A few minor issues which were dealt with immediately . Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.
