Comfy Quiet Sagusta Gardens 15B
Sagusta Gardens PLS property is centrally located just off the Leeward Highway, first left after Menzies Medical Practices (Glass Shack Corner) on Albacore Close, Providenciales. Less than 10 minutes away from the airport but very near to supermarkets; shopping; popular restaurants and bars in Turtle Cove; water sports; and many sandy beaches.
You’ll love the ambiance and the convenience of the fully furnished living /dining room with table to accommodate 4 persons, sofa with pull out queen sized bed; fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, toaster, full size fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker), washer/dryer and bedroom with queen-sized bed. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travellers alike.
There are lounge chairs for relaxation or sunbathing, a grill and a communal swimming pool if you fancy a nice dip! (No lifeguard on duty). Additional entertaining space is also available on the porch or under the Gazebo for a casual drink, romantic breakfast or evening dining. Also beach chairs & an umbrellas. Free Parking is available in front of the pool or at the entrance on the right.

It's the "Little Things"
The property is centrally located for easy access to any location on Provo. There's a water supply station and grocery stores just around the corner. The grounds are serene and nicely maintained. The apartment extras make it a home-away-from-home including beach chairs, umbrella, movie streaming, and well stocked kitchen utensils.

Loved the weather and beaches.
We are 2 Canadian seniors who stayed for 3 months without a car. We were able to walk to groceries, beaches and restaurants within 30-45 minutes. Centrally located in a low income neighborhood. Good value for weekend or weekly stay because you are out most of the day. Not suitable for long term stays because of poor maintenance. If you spend a quiet day at the residence things such as toilets that don't flush, septic tank that overflows and a pool that turns green regularly and ants in the residence can easily irk. Dogs howl and roosters crow all night if you are a light sleeper. The owners live on the premises and are kind people. Perhaps it will improve over time.

Great Stay
Sagusta Gardens is a great place in a great location. It has absolutely everything you would need for a stay in TCI. Sarah was a responsive hostess who was always a phone call/text away if you needed anything. I'll definitely be back
