The main floor features a spacious entry hall with power room, kitchen with designer cabinets, granite counter-top, and stainless steel whirlpool appliances, open plan living and dining area and a large screened porch.
The upper level features two bedrooms en-suite baths with Kohier fixtures and faucets as well as a laundry closet with washer/dryer. The master suite also includes a balcony.
The suite also offers central A/C, allocated garden area, media and computer network infrastructure, pool and children's pool, Jacuzzi, thatched gazebo, BBQ area, approximately 12 boats docks and close to the beach.
