This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it. The pool can be heated upon request for €60 per day.

This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace for you to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views.

Excellent Family Villa

We are a family of 4 with older teenage children and stayed at the villa for 14 nights in July. The villa was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous open plan living area, plenty big enough for all of us and a lovely pool which was actually warm on the hottest days. Great sunbathing area which had the sun all day up to around 6pm. The villa is a little tired around the edges and fairly basic furniture, particularly outside and on the roof terrace but nothing that spoilt the holiday. The boundary fence between this and the neighbouring property was missing which wasn't ideal and could do with being replaced. Excellent kitchen facilities! Absolutely everything you need and more. The location was very peaceful and convenient. A short 10min walk to the centre is perfectly manageable when going out but I would recommend a hire car to pick up supplies for the villa at the Metro supermarket in Paralimni which was a 10 minute drive away. The local supermarkets were very limited. Fantastic communication with the property manager and I was easily able to arrange a late check out while we were there. Highly recommended!
