I did have an issue with my booking, but the agent in the hotel (not booking site) resolved the mistake the booking agent over the phone made. Hotel was clean and updated, security was very well done, the neighborhood can be a little scary for some, security was walking around felt safe when taking my dog for a walk. My son loved the pool and hot tub, we will definitely stay again.

Very dark and dreary in hallways and suite, even the bathroom. Door to room didn't close on its own. Handheld shower not working properly, exhaust fan didn't work, shower leaked into bathroom every time used, toilet seat was loose, mini fridge not cold enough, lumpy carpets. Parking is across the street up 4 levels. Taxis will take up loading zone but do not park in taxi zone to unload as you will get a ticket! Fortunately the bed was comfy and there was great place to put all our bags. Would not stay again.

‘Really enjoyed our stay the first time-August 8th and looked forward to our stay the 2nd time-August 13th. Pleasant staff especially Ms. Chesta Yadav. Employees, as direct line staff to the Employer can hugely augment and beautifully represent their Employer. Ms. Chesta certainly did an exemplary job in enhancing our stay at the Ramada Plaza in Prince George. She was friendly, professional and very attentive to our inquiries and requests. Everything was good! I like how quiet it was in the hotel. The bed was comfy but a bit too low. :) I was very thankful for the gentleman who was outside (an employee) who helped with alternate parking as we were not advised of this when we checked in. The TV in our room had a bit of a glitch which was very annoying.

Shady part of town

Once you’re locked in, you feel safer. But they share a wall with the community food bank. So for 2 city blocks in all direction homeless are strewn about and you have to negotiate through them to walk to the hotel. There’s no parking for checking in, I had to park down the street and walk through a gauntlet of unsafe feeling individuals. Hotel could have been 10 of 10 and I would still never return.

My friend and I loved our stay in the room. The shower was incredible and the beds were very comfortable. My only 'complaint' was that there was no full length mirror or any mirror other than the bathroom. It made getting ready a bit more challenging.

A nice choice

This was an excellent hotel to stay at, very clean and modern for a reasonable price. The only downside was having to walk a ways with our luggage to the parking area. This is because it is located downtown. There was a nice brewery across the street we could walk to for a nice dinner and drinks. We stayed on our way to & from Prince Rupert and were glad we did.
