Room was very nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was a small table and chairs. The breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage, and home fries was served in the breakfast bunk by a very accommodating, pleasant fellow. The room was also clean and bright. The motel was very close to Cavendish attractions/beaches and Green Gables was 500 m away. We stayed 2 nights and roomed was tidied in between nights. Our room had a bit of a musty smell but other than that it was great value for good price. Would stay there again.

I booked well ahead for a ground floor, one was not available upon arrival so I was given a cabin at the same rate. Good. Not good....there was not wheelchair access so if not for other tenants in adjacent cabins, I would not have been able to use the cabin. Parking was on a lawn with a large grass yard to cross for access. Not a relaxing stay at all.

The price point is hard to argue with. Adequate accomodations. Room was nice size and fridge was a nice bonus. Pool was not yet open when we arrived in early June. Staff was friendly when we arrived. Parking is a bit odd as our spot was quite a ways from our unit. Surrounding area is quite lovely. TV and WiFi was spotty during rain.
