Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz ok. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche sowie im Bad ist das Platzangebot beengt. Die Warmwasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Boiler, dieser funktioniert leider nicht richtig. In der Küche gab es hier lediglich lauwarmes Wasser.Im Bad ist ebenfalls ein Boiler vorhanden. Hier ist es sehr schwierig das Wasser so einzustellen, dass man vernünftig Duschen kann. Entweder ist das Wasser kalt oder sehr heiß! Duschkopf defekt.

Einrichtung Haussubstanz schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Lage des Hauses ist nahe am See und daher deutlich außerhalb des Ortes. Yachtclub mit Cafe ist direkt nebenan, Passagieranleger 20 Gehminuten entfernt.Balkon ist toll sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Wiese und hohen Bäumen.Einrichtung Haussubstanz ist aber leider schon etwas sehr (!) in die Jahre gekommen. Warmwasserdusche nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, Holzfussboden.
