With no neighbors directly behind the property, the chalet opens onto a large, peaceful backyard bordered by a stream that flows even in winter. Enjoy the privacy of the setting, relax in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire barrel after a day in the snow.

For Your Errands
If you’re coming from Montreal, we recommend stopping in the village of Prévost before arriving at the chalet, where you’ll find all the essentials (IGA, Metro, SAQ, butchers, etc.). For local specialties and treats, don’t miss Le P’tit Magasin Shawbridge (cold cuts, meats, pizzas and craft beers) and Les Moulins La Fayette for fresh, delicious bakery items.
The chalet is not specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility. There are only two steps to enter the house. Once inside, the main floor includes a bedroom and bathroom, making the common areas more accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
The Blue Moon comfortably accommodates 6 guests, with space for up to 8 using the double sofa bed in the converted garage living area.

• Garden level: King bedroom with a 100-inch motorized screen, projector with Chromecast for Netflix/Bell Fibe, and a workspace ideal for remote work.

• Garage: Cozy living area with a double sofa bed, wood fireplace, additional heater and 60-inch Smart TV.

Bright kitchen under a cathedral ceiling, with an island that converts into a dining/ping-pong table, comfortable living room with large reclining sofa and Smart TV with Bell Fibe, bar area with wine cellar and mini-fridge, and main bathroom.
Included: Bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, dish soap, toilet paper, basic kitchen essentials (oil, salt, pepper and spices), dishes and utensils.

A vehicle is essential for getting around. The chalet offers ample parking for several vehicles. The driveway is professionally cleared when snowfall reaches 5 cm (2 in.) or more.
👥 Occupancy – Base rate for up to 4 guests (ages 2+), maximum 8 guests. Additional guests: $20 + tax/person/night (minimum charge of 2 nights).
☑ All guests must be declared at the time of booking.
☑ Any undeclared guest constitutes a violation of the rental rules and may result in additional fees, penalties, and/or eviction. A $200 fee will be charged for each undeclared guest to discourage false declarations and ensure compliance with the chalet’s maximum occupancy and rental conditions.
🔥 Hot Tub – Accessible and operational year-round.
🍖 BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).
🔥 Campfire – Firewood is available in winter, but guests must clear the snow around the fire barrel if necessary.
🐶 Dogs and cats – Welcome (maximum 2) at $75 + tax per pet. Dogs must remain on the main floor. Please keep pets off sofas and beds, clean up after them outside, and if there is noticeable shedding at checkout, a quick brush or lint roll is appreciated.
🕒 Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions may be possible upon request).
🌸 Supplies – We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as two coffee makers, filters, and a grinder. Please bring your own body/hair soap and coffee (ground or beans).
📹 Cameras – Exterior only, facing the entrance. Recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

💳 Security Deposit – A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival and released after inspection of the property.
