Surrounded by native flora and shady trees, the property offers an excellent location for guests to explore. You can watch the surfers and waves from the balcony whilst enjoying a local wine, and lunch or dinner BBQs, there is plenty of space for the little ones to play.



The Space:

Only a short walk to the beach, the property has three sleeping spaces, with a high ceiling in the living and dining area. You will enjoy a simple but roomy house with its best features the amazing location, walk to the local store, head for a surf or quick access to all the Margaret River Region has to offer.



Ocean View consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom, and with the loft can accommodate up to eight people. This is an ideal holiday cottage for one family or a couple. Ocean View is one of the few beach houses in the area that welcome pets.

The Neighborhood:

Situated at the mouth of the Margaret River, Prevelly is a charming coastal town just a short drive from the Margaret River township, known for its relaxed seaside vibe and stunning natural scenery. The area offers beautiful beaches with world‑class surf breaks, picturesque coastal walks and breathtaking Indian Ocean views, perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing or simply relaxing by the water.



Getting Around:

Just minutes away you’ll find great cafes, restaurants and local shops, while the famous Cape to Cape Track winds through the landscape for scenic walking and hiking. Prevelly’s close connection to nature and laid‑back lifestyle makes it a wonderful place to stay, whether you’re after outdoor adventure or peaceful coastal living.

Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
