Property is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The Smart TV is of good quality and the property location is excellent. I was very unimpressed by the check-in though because the key or the latch is faulty. I spent a very long time unlocking the door including each time I went out because the key would constantly get stuck. The neighbour opposite has a dog that constantly barks when you are trying to unlock the door. I could only have a hot shower in the morning, in the afternoon and evening, there was only cold water! The bedroom and bed was very comfortable but the bedding did not agree with me and made me itch. I loved chilling out on the sofa on my laptop or watching TV, it is a very cosy living area and the internet is fast. The flat is in the middle of Preston so you are surrounded by shops and restaurants, which is brilliant. Whilst I enjoyed the property, I would not stay here again unless they resolve the key and cold shower issue.
