Wonderful vacation rental house, easily one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use our car once we got there, walked everyplace we wanted to go in downtown Prescott.

Perfect location 2 minute walk into square area, spotless, hosts provided everything you need for a great stay from towels, shampoo & soap in the bathroom to full kitchen of pots, pans, knives, cutting board, and even seasonings & coffee. We loved this house! The location is perfect—an easy walk to shopping, great restaurants, and Whiskey Row, which made exploring the area so convenient. Absolutely Perfect

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. For an Air B&B it is fully equipped. The house itself is very roomy. There was 4 of us and we didn't feel crowded. It is in walking distance to downtown. We absolutely loved it!
