Foi uma grata surpresa encontrar o apartamento da Karina. Um espaço de família, muito bem equipado e organizado com um capricho impecável nos pequenos detalhes, que fazem toda a diferença para o conforto da família. Ar condicionado na sala e no quarto, ventiladores em todos os cômodos, inclusive na cozinha e lavanderia. Televisores novos. Colchões confortáveis. Banheiros grandes. Armários grandes nos quartos. Sofás e mesa confortáveis. Cozinha completa com utensílios do dia a dia e de festa. A localização é a melhor da Praia Grande e a Karina é super prestativa para auxiliar no que for preciso. Recomendo.

Amei ficar no apartamento, muito gostoso, o ar condicionado foi essencial para nossa família pegamos dias bem quentes. As crianças adoraram o wi-fi podiam jogar nas horas de descanso. Isso foi um sossego para nós. Os dormitórios acolheu muito todos nós. Mas o que foi maravilhoso foi nosso churrasquinho na sacada. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

O imóvel está em boa localização. Um pouco mais de um na quadra da praia. É espaçoso, tem duas Boas Suítes, muito mal aproveitadas de Espaço. Em umaSuite, tem uma cama de casal muito antiga e Barulhenta e na outra, duas camas antigas e a terceira é a parte de baixo de Um sofá cama ou bicama de couro c colchão q fica dançando em cima. Tem um micro quarto De empregada Onde deixam uns Cinco colchões antiguissimos Empilhados. Não da Nem p encostar neles de tão velhos , e Por este motivo, o espaço fica C Cheiro forte. Tem 4 ótimos banheiros e q Estavam limpos, mas eles têm portas sanfonadas de plástico muito barulhentas!Não tem microondas E os Utensílios de cozinha são defasados E velhos. Na Sala, tem boa TV, mas Não tem antena. Funcionam apenas dois Canais, chuviscando! O apto fica de lado, frente a outro prédio, sufocante! Tem ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, q parecem necessitar de limpeza. O condomínio tem apenas uma sala de jogos adultos c ventilador. Voltando ao imóvel, necessita de mais carinho. Tratamos c a Karina, bem educada e prestativa.
