A cozy modern apartment located in a farm like property with an awesome view over Porto Martins village and the ocean. Please note that the apartment is just a fraction of the whole property (see pictures with highlighted areas in red). The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them in the attic) a bathroom with washing machine and a confortable living room equipped with a 43" 4K smart TV with access to the most popular stream services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV, etc.). It also has a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Other features include an outdoor space for exclusive use of the guests and private free parking.
Besides having a breath taking view, the apartment also is close to the ocean with a great swimming spot just 400 meters away. Porto Martins natural pools are just 15 minute walk away and are visible from the balcony.

Excellent property

Great quiet location minutes from Praia. Great view from balcony to have morning coffee or breakfast from the fully equipped kitchen. Can not think of anything else that the owners could have added to better this property.

Vue exceptionnelle

Logement moderne et très confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle ! On est à la campagne avec des chèvres sur le terrain et à 5 minutes de la mer, très reposant. A noter qu’il s’agit d’un appartement dans une maison et donc en copropriété. Hôte sympathique et serviable, il nous a renvoyé un téléphone oublié dans l’appartement.
