Hotel is very old , needs remodeling. Bathroom , bedroom very basic. .sink in the bathroom is not working well. Breakfast, no water no milk , very little food at 9 am , even breakfast is up to 10 am. Not sure how it is 5 star hotel . Location is the only good thing about the hotel .

This is an adequate hotel. I would say it is more of a 4 star and not a 5 star. Some staff were great and attentive and others were not. For example had to ask a few times for water for the mini bar fridge. The rooms are ok not 5 star quality though. Overall ok stay. Good location

Pros: Great location and close to everything. Cons: Even though we booked the room six months in advance, we were given a room without AC and Wi-Fi coverage. When we asked the staff, they provided a fan, but it was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Since we were on vacation, we tried to enjoy the city and stayed out as much as possible.

This hotel stay was perfect for my husband’s birthday trip to Prague. We loved this stay so much, the hotel is immaculate and beautiful with lots of old world touches, and the location is amazing. We had a river view which was spectacular, and the service was excellent and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Lovely room comfortable bed and service to the room all excellent eg daily water, room service and cleaning. Bins being wheeled out of hotel in early morning along side street noisey. But enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel, but they had other events a few nights, so couldn't use the bar or patio area. Homeless people were our morning view outside. Should have had castle view, but it wasn't really a great view. Just the very top of it. Should had been a higher floor.
