The Grand Mark was a beautiful property, in a great location just blocks away from everything. The service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was so yummy. We splurged on the Executive Suite with a balcony - the rooms were very spacious and the rooftop patio with a view of the sunset was just fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel in the incredible city of Prague!

Incredible Property

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Great, modern hotel located in the heart of Prague. While other luxury hotels boast a location near the castle, as a returning visitor of the city, I have found that those locations are much less convenient than that of the Kempinski. As a member of Kempinski's frequent guest program, I received an upgrade upon check-in. While the hotel does not consider that particular grade of rooms to be suites, with its separate living spaces, I can't help but disagree. My only complaint was the delayed check-in. Most European properties allow visitors traveling from the US to check in a bit early, but we had to wait several hours, until 3pm, to get into our room. The staff was knowledgable, if even a bit too eager to help, and the restaurant is wonderful. In fact, the beef tartare is among the best I have ever eaten, quite a compliment given my past experiences with Czech dining. The hotel also offers a chauffeur driven 7-series, which I highly recommend for transportation to/from the airport. This is my new hotel of choice for Prague.
