Really nice hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in! Amazing location, literally less than a 5 minute walk to the square and a 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. It’s a really efficient self check in system, using a code to enter the building and the room. Nice modern corridors to get to the rooms and a nice outdoor area with a fountain. We had a one bedroom room on the 2nd floor, it was modern and spacious, massive bed, super comfy as well and really comfy pillows! We slept like a dream every night and didn’t want to get up as the bed was so comfy and we looked forward to going back to the room every night! The TV is a smart TV so we could connect to Netflix and Disney+ on the TV, which was nice as we could come back to the hotel room and watch a movie. Nice little kitchen with a stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a toaster and lots of cooking appliances and cutlery, a nice little area! Hair dryer in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo and body lotion. Ironing board, iron and safe in the wardrobe USB A and USB C sockets on the bedside tables which was handy Efficient AC system and we could change the temperature and fan speed Nice lightning to make the room cozy Massive windows with blackout blinds. Only downside is the smell coming from the bathrooms, especially after a shower, however we understand that the building is old and Prague is an old city! I highly recommend!

Beautiful stay. Loved the secure feeling and location. The only problem we had was once we used the shower once it created a very bad chemical smell and made the room smell like mildew and chemical so we would air it out but other than that would say again

I requested a room with 2 beds and they charged me extra for the sheets. There was no curtains in the main bedroom and the AC was active all night even if I had turned of the ventilation. Check out is surprisingly early. Really didn’t feel welcomed or that the room was ready to receive guests. Really disappointed for the price.

This was a fantastic stay! The room was unique, very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is no hotel reception but you receive your room number and access code prior to arrival, so as long as you don’t expect valet parking or storage of your luggage, the check in works seamlessly, and it’s nice to be able to go straight to your room rather than wait at a front desk. Do not expect toiletries beyond the very basics. Best to bring your own, but a small inconvenience considering how great the room itself is. It could not be a better location, a couple minutes walk from the Old Town square, but not so close that you’re bothered by noise from the street. We would absolutely stay here again.

It is a self-check in set up, great for travelers who don't like any fuss. Very new and updated, in the heart of old town, close to EVERYTHING! You'll find all sorts of food and transportation options right out of the main door. Kitchen set up was wonderful, just enough appliance for simple daily needs. They provide coffee pods and tea bags. Albert the grocery store is 5 minutes walk away which provided all the food needs, if you choose to not eat out. Saved me a lot of money. I recommend wholeheartedly and would stay here again when visit Prague. Just keep in mind, for a smooth check in, you must contact the property directly via email or WhatsApp after booking to receive your entry code and room number etc.

This is an apartment hotel which is new, very modern and clean. The customer service was excellent and flexible as our arrival was before their checking in time and departure was about 7 hours later than their checking out time. The security desk took care of our luggage for a few hours before we left and was so friendly. The location is fantastic for anyone who wants to visit Prague and be close to old town and all the landmarks, market. Everything is within walking distance. One of the best city breaks we have had. Would definately book again. Thank you Botanist.

excellent location. We had 2 cons and those were having to ask for towel changes over a 7 day stay. We would have preferred a change every other day. Really great place to stay in Prague

Room was very spacious and tidy, and the location is brilliant with short walks to most of the main tourist locations. The kitchen is small but more than enough for a few days if you plan on cooking in your room My main complaints that prevented 5 stars are that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the ceilings are thin so that you can hear people walking around in the floor above really clearly.

Nice apartment style stay, terrible sewage smell

We were contacted about there being construction and the rate being discounted for the stay. I followed up and asked how we would be partially refunded as we prepaid and got no response. Upon arriving after a long flight the construction was happening until 6:30 pm on Friday, which we could have managed but the issue ended up being a terrible sewage smell from the drain of the shower. It got worse over the course of the stay. I reached out before the stay and during the stay several times with no response.

Great location, near to Old Town Square, Metro and shops. Liked the modern decor and well equipped kitchenette. Shame no full length mirror in room, and makeup mirror in bathroom set way too high for short people. Also did notice a smell from bathroom drain.
