I had a reservation and I show up and the hotel was closed. They claim that they tried to contact me but I never got any contact from any source. Now I don't even know if I'm going to get my money back that I paid ahead. That I went through Expedia. I would like my money back

Decent hotel in Prague. Clean hotel in good location. Due to covid it was a bit empty and service like breakfast was limited. For my next trip I’ll personally opt for a more upscale option, but if you are looking for a clean, solid hotel this is a good option. Hotel staff was very kind.

Excellent Hotel.

An excellent hotel. In my opinion, way above its 3 star rating. The hotel is very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Excellent wi-fi and a good free breakfast (with excellent coffee). Beds were comfortable and the room was modern and spotlessly clean. Special mention to the guy at the front desk who was very helpful.

More than anything the office staff at Reception was extremely helpful with accommodating early check in request to sight seeing suggestions and other valuable advice.

The property was very well presented - slick and modern.I liked the location - just behind the National Museum and a short distance from the train station. The breakfast room seemed a little restricted for space don't know if this has been an issue for previous visitors.

A great hotel away from the hustle bustle of tourist traffic but walking distance from great shopping and eating areas. Spacious room with minibar. A continental breakfast is included in the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply perfect!

It’s a functional three star hotel tucked away in Vinohrady’s narrow streets right at the entrance to Museum Metro. That sums up what I wanted - convenient location, easy access to public transport (the best in Eastern Europe), restaurants and bars within walking distance and clean, safe and functional rooms. All this and a basic breakfast buffet for a quick bite or if you want to enjoy a lazy morning breakfast is served from 6.30 to 10.30 am!

Not what it states on discription

I booked this hotel on business trip as it stated super speed free wifi available in every room. The reason I booked this hotel was I needed good internet connection. Wifi wasn't working and receptionist who barely spoke English said there is nothing she can do and that it is happening quite often. I could have use wifi in reception as she offered buts irking with confidential data it wasn't appropriate.

Gute Lage, nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof und gleich im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen.
