The room was so small we had to throw ourselves into bed because there was no space to walk around and sit like you would normally do. The room was very noisy, cold, they give you a little flimsy duvet and there's water dripping into the toilet all night long however they only give you a towel every three days to 'save the planet' When we had to checkout at 7am, the girl at reception was sleeping - at 7am! And we had to wait forever for her to wake up so she can take our room key. Terrible service

Hotel was in a good location- trams, buses and metro were all close by and city centre was in walking distance. Room was spacious with all the basic facilities you need. Mattress on bed was a bit hard for our liking. It was quite noisy at night so we struggled to sleep. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

They don’t have a lot in the way of amenities or giant rooms but what they do have is something you won’t find anywhere else. Staff that takes care of you and treats you with respect. The staff are what makes this place and I will stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

We booked this property for a romantic break for my 40th because of the spa the hotel boasted. I emailed the hotel a week before our arrival to enquire about booking the spa services- I did not receive a reply. On arriving at the hotel we were informed the spa was out of service as it was under construction- this was very upsetting. Not once had Expedia or the hotel got in touch with us prior to the holiday to inform us of this. In fact our confirmation letter from the hotel reminded us to book their spa services. I checked Expedia and the hotels own website whilst we were on holiday at the hotel and again on returning home. The hotel is still being advertised as boasting a spa- not once do any of the sites state that it is actually out of use. Further more reviews elsewhere suggest construction has been underway at this spa hotel for a long time and lots of other travellers have encountered the same problem. Shame on you Expedia and royal court hotel / spa.

Room was very clean. Expensive to use hot tub. You have to Pay for clean towels. Staff very nice and helpful. TV was difficult with 2 remotes. Default setting was to radio.
