Warm, clean, good shower, good washing machine, good fridge freezer, good dish washer, good beds, only problem was sofa bed had no sheet, extra duvet which could have been used as sofa bed sheet had no cover and was too stained to use, we had to get a sheet from local family as providing more sheets was declined

This place was in a perfect location. We had a beautiful view of the river. The metro and tram were steps away from the apartment. Additionally, we had multiple restaurants to choose from near-by.

Rooms were immaculately clean and sparse. Apartment was nice and warm on these cold autumn days. View was amazing. Could use towel hooks in bathroom, and dresser or furniture in bedroom other than only the bed. Also, a lamp would help. Wifi was intermittent - not good for business meetings.

No reception, maybe bots on WhatsApp, so quite frustrating to get real time answers, very difficult to communicate or problem solve. Also was not clear at all how to use their checkin app/process … actual room was fine, had an issue with aircon but they only had the solution to just turn it off… further away from the main part of town than I expected.

Everything is good - room size, location, transport, etc. It's easy to assess the room with clear instructions. The only downside is the lack of AC (which wasn't a problem to me as I travelled in mid-Sep) and the lack of luggage storage (they did arrange a luggage storage service at a hotel like 1.5 km away and charged you 5 Euros for that).

The apartment lacks air conditioning and is equipped with only one fan. Despite a request for an additional fan, it was not provided. The elevated nighttime temperatures rendered the environment uncomfortable. Prospective guests booking during the summer months should take this into consideration. The property is well located and has a beautiful view of the river. Unfortunately they refused to provide new towels (for a 3 day stay) even thought I was travelling with a 75+ year old elder.

La stanza è pulita e comoda, sarebbe preferibile fornire la stanza di saponi per doccia(shampoo/doccia schiuma) e qualche asciugamano più grande. La posizione è buona per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo sia a piedi che con i mezzi.
