Amazing room, staff were amazing - Gleb in particular was a credit to the team. He was helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent hotel which sits 1-2 mins to main Astronomical Clock Square. They moved a lot of the Christmas Markst from this area to the newer shopping district. Staff very friendly especially the breakfast staff in Fat Cats Brewery.
