Modern, clean and close to everything. Quiet neighbourhood at night but plenty of action during the day. Shopping, trams, metro and restuarants a short stroll away.

Close to tram & shops. On check in couldnot open room & had to wait to get allocated new room then didnt have a view (booked river view) as windons only open skylights. Didnt get doona/blanket for sofa bed. Sofa bed very dirty & so were pillows. Enjoed walking Prague.

The photos on line do not do this huge apartment justice. The wifi was amazing, the laundry facilities a god send, huge bathroom with supermarket near by. We walked to everything from here, it was about 29 degrees when we were there and we did not need the aircon as having the windows open kept the place cool. Loved this place do much, we will definitely be back. ❤️

The apartment was big and spacious and staff that i talked to was very helpful. The place was walking distance to shops, mall and restaurants. The down side was, the place is quite far from the tourist spots which are on the other side of the river. Another thing is the tv dont have english channel. Other than that our trip was a success.

Quick weekend break

Our weekend stay was great. The check-in was really easy with the help of the person on the reception phone. The apartment had everything we needed and the mini cleaning pack was really great. Nice touch with the snack pack too.

The property is located well in terms of getting around Prague. The rooms were clean and tidy. Getting in was easy. We were a little disappointed that some of the equipment didn't work properly:- The coffee machine leaked and there were no instructions on how to use it. The shower was slow draining and therefore water leaked over to the floor. There wasn't a plug or washing up bowl which made things awkward and nowhere to recycle.

Really nice place to stay

Just what we were looking for in a stay in Prague. Easy checking spacious room (with two bedrooms). Ideal small kitchen with dishwasher. If what you are looking for is an apartment then you can not do much wrong making this one. Next time we are in Prague we will stay in the same place for sure! Transport is also very easy less than a few minutes way away to the tram that takes you basically anywhere you need to go in Prague.

Not for a family with small kids

Place is ran down, pictures definitely oversell it. Floor is laminate but is looks like water damaged and is peeling and coming up. Old carpeting in hallways, our couch was stained all over. We were in a loft so kids had fun but were miserable at the same time due to no air conditioning and one working fan, it was 32C outside and inside was like a furnace. Also stairs to the upstairs loft are very steep and dangerous. Place has decent location, decent wifi but really needs to be updated.

Visit to Peague

Visiting family who lived close by in Smichov so probably made more use of the facilities in the apartment than most would as we did limited sightseeing as we were there to see our daughter and granddaughter. The apartment was very comfortable and is a good area close to the centre of Prague and in an area with many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a main shopping complex within about 200 to metres. There is no reception and entry and check in is all electronic/automated but very straight forward to use and staff can readily be contacted by phone if needed.

When traveling this is the way to do it. The hotel was wonderful, the staff accommodating, the price was great, and the proximity to the sights was great. We traveled with a toddler and they provided us with a baby bed which was very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to be relaxed while visiting the beautiful city of Praha!

ideal weekend break accomodation

a really ideal place to stay for a first time visit to prague! our modern apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and beds were comfortable. shower cubicle was large and with excellent water pressure. we were comfortable with the faceless check in via intercom. no need really for face to face interaction for a weekend break. we particulary liked the neighbourhood being a 20-25 minutes pleasant stroll aong the river to the bustling central square- it was a blessed relief to escape the crowds in the centre and there was enough restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. a tesco supermarket only a few minutes walk away along the road for daily provisions and we discovered a good sized mall on the morning after we checked out. highly recommended. ideally we would have liked a separate wc since the bathroom was large for a 2 bed apartment and cable tv with international channels but not a deal breaker. recommended place to stay.
