Wonderful hotel. The location is perfect for exploring old town, central, but still quiet in a side steeet. We had a huge room, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms with a large deep tub on 1 floor & stand up shower in the other. The upstairs opened to a private deck, with gorgeous city views. The breakfast was included and had something for everyone. They use skeleton keys, that we leave with the front desk for safekeeping when coming and going. I felt safe there, which is important, esp being alone with just my son and i travelling. Ph, and they hold bags if you areive early or have a later flight.

Perfect location in the old town. The hotel clearly has high standards of cleanliness & the decor is well maintained. The staff were helpful & communication before our stay was good.The breakfast was excellent with a slight variation each day.

The lady at check-in was wonderful and so helpful. Some of the other female employees were less than good. The location is great, the breakfast buffet had choices, and our room was clean and quiet. Highly recommended, but you may differ if you meet a less then helpful lady, that bad luck.

I paid for a room with balcony and I didn't get the room that I paid for. They gave another type of room. I took a shower as soon as I got to the room and the drain was clogged. The water started coming out of the shower. I asked for another room and they sent the maintenance guy to fix the problem. Breakfast is very basic. Bad experience. I don't recommend this hotel.
