The Staff was excellent, and the Breakfast buffet was top-level. The hotel room was huge and very well-maintained. If or when I ever return to Prague, I will most definitely stay in the same hotel, as it has a great location as well.

On arrival, first impressions were excellent. Helpful staff made checking in easy. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge which is a convenience I like to have. The breakfast selection was extensive and the industrial pod coffee machine produced pretty good coffee. We had to leave early for a tour one morning and the reception team organised for us to have breakfast earlier than the opening time. Super helpful. Location was great.

Front desk Patrick was by far a gentleman. The maintenance ladies very nice too. The technician was awesome. Suggestion would be to have ice. The ice available at the bar. Like they would only give a few cubes of ice. The ice matter hopefully will be resolved. Thank You, Patrick

Breakfast buffet has lots of variety. Like the ginger shot. Front desk gentleman wearing a bow tie very helpful, explained me how I can take public transport to airport. He also explain my free sauna. I do get a big bottle of sparkling wine for free during my stay too.(I stayed 5 nights) The only I comment is the thermostat in my room. It was set up 20 when outside is about 15 but cool air comes out instead of heat. Temperature in the thermostat cannot be adjust , it set up at 20. You can only either on of off and adjust fan speed. Other than that I am happy during my stay and would recommend to friends for this hotel. Location is good, short walk to most tram stations.

The staff from checking in to housekeeping and morning breakfast plus the bar were awesome kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was very good with alternating food served on different days, hotel was only about 20 minutes walk both to the main railway station and also within the main tourist area were only about 15 minutes walking distance. Would definitely use this hotel again on my next trip here

The hotel is awesome during our checked in we received a well info of the beautiful places in Prague from Simon, a front desk customer service staff. He is nice, friendly and thorough in explanation of what we will expect during our stay in the hotel. He has great customer service. The breakfast buffet food is awesome, staff of restaurant are nice and the breakfast host/greeter is nice and gives us a beautiful smile every time we entered restaurant in the morning. Our room was neat and thorough cleaned everyday. The hotel is very convenient and closer to restaurants, public transportations and shopping areas. I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues/friends and relatives and looking forward to come back as well.
