Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to trams into Old Town and also short walk to bars along river. Breakfast area was large but often very busy as most tables seat 4 rather than 2.

Staff were very helpful. The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of great walks and restaurants. Gym could use an elliptical training machine. Group bus tours stay at hotel, but they're not too invasive. Garage spaces are a bit small. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't able to adjust room temperature setting effectively but at least it wasn't too hot outside at night.

I enjoyed my stay in the Hermitage. Very stylish, friendly yet professional staff, spacious age nice decor in the room, small but useful gym with quality equipment. It has a nice bar though they could do with adding staff on at busy weekend times. The two who were on when I was there were run off their feet!

Lovely hotel. Very quiet and safe area. The rooms were large and clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful. You can even buy bus tickets at reception. Some nice restaurants a short walking distance from the hotel. It's about a 15 minutes walk to the central area or a 3min walk to the tram which goes into the centre. Would definitely recommend

Great breakfast buffet

It is a really nice hotel. Very close to the Vyšehrad where you can visit the beautiful Saint Peter and Paul Basilica and have a pleasant walk through the adjacent park. On the highest floor, some rooms have terraces facing east- great for morning coffee. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had in any of the hotels I stayed.

Loved everything around this hotel! It was a very clean hotel! The staff were kind enough to switch rooms for us as they gave us one bed instead of 2 that had been requested in Expedia. However the hotel did not receive the request. Maybe some better communication from Expedia to the hotel on this.

This was our first time in Prague and we wanted a hotel not located in the city centre. We fully embraced Prague's excellent public transport options to get from the airport and the hotel is less than five minutes from the nearest tram stop. It's an ideal base for exploring the city, the rooms are large and secure, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would happily stay again.
