The Hermitage is a very clean, comfortable, updated hotel with spacious, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, excellent fitness center and very friendly staff. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, and is an easy tram ride or beautiful walk along the river to get around. I hope to return for a future stay!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to trams into Old Town and also short walk to bars along river. Breakfast area was large but often very busy as most tables seat 4 rather than 2.

Staff were very helpful. The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of great walks and restaurants. Gym could use an elliptical training machine. Group bus tours stay at hotel, but they're not too invasive. Garage spaces are a bit small. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't able to adjust room temperature setting effectively but at least it wasn't too hot outside at night.

I enjoyed my stay in the Hermitage. Very stylish, friendly yet professional staff, spacious age nice decor in the room, small but useful gym with quality equipment. It has a nice bar though they could do with adding staff on at busy weekend times. The two who were on when I was there were run off their feet!
