Excellent and quiet flat in the heart of old town. The place is spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen and a great coffee machine. The AC worked well for us, and it's super quiet at night and even during the day. You're a two minute walk from a tram station, and under a 20 minute walk from a ton of great restaurants and shops. Absolutely would stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for us. We spent a week here in early March and the location is ideal for exploring this great city. The apartment was clean and well stocked, and checking in and out was simple. We definitely recommend staying here!

the host rached was very welcoming met us at the apartment even after our flight was delayed the apartment is lovely and cosy and has everything you need in a quiet area yet very close to the old town and palladium shopping centre also lovely restauranst nearby area felt safe i would highly recommend racheds place

Was a great stay with Rached and the old town square apartment. Host was very easy to communicate with, met us in person for check in and to confirm we understood everything about the apartment. Location is great - 5 minute walk to old town square, 5-10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, and just generally very convenient while also being on a quiet street without a lot of tourist noise. Coffee shop about 100 meters, nice grocery store about 200 meters, and a couple of nice restaurants also nearby that aren’t tourist traps. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The apartment was lovely. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and it was nice to have such a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and it was very quiet.

Everything was perfect! Rached and his son met us on arrival and gave us the tour. Easy check in and Rached had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was quiet and within walking distance to just about anywhere. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable apartment perfectly located just off the tourist craziness. A great nearby restaurant and a grocery store complete the picture. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was very helpful and responsive.

We have stayed here 4 times and as usual it was perfect for the 2 of us. We were here for 5 nights and the price was less than most hotels! Great and quiet location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A huge mall is only 5 minutes walking also.The apartment has great storage as well as bedding, towels, etc. The kitchen is immaculate with all the amenities. I especially liked the espresso machine. Even ice trays in the refrigerator! It is roomy and there is another sofa bed in the tv room.Netflix and Prime are available too. Rached is a great host and met us from our Vienna trip right on time. Whenever we return this will be our apartment. I highly recommend it.

Rached’s excellent taste in design and comfort of the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The location was right in the heart-of old Prague. He even offered transportation to-and from the airport. I can’t thank him enough. We loved Prague so much, we plan on returning next year. We definitely will reach out to Rached for our rental.
