Had a great stay at this apartment, room was very big , bed very comfortable and everything was perfect for our needs . My only criticism was the carpet was quite stained which let the appearance down a bit . Would highly recommend this place as it’s so central to everything, very quiet and you will have a lovely stay here .

Super Lage, schöne, recht geräumige Zimmer. Alles Bestens - so wie immer. Sehr erfreulich ist auch, dass nun die ehemalige Rezeption wieder mit einer Aufsichtsperson besetzt ist, so dass man Gepäck auch hier vor Ort deponieren kann, denn der Check-Out ist mit 10:00 Uhr am Vormittag doch sehr früh.

Amazing place, spotlessly clean & brilliant room which was nice a cozy in cold weather. Fantastic location & incredibly helpful staff - although no in person WhatsApp communication was quick and effective. Beautiful smelling shower & hand wash. Couldn’t fault it and highly recommend, would not hesitate to stay again. If pushed to say what could be better - a toaster would be useful, drawer storage and better lighting & storage in bathroom but this is being picky. It really was a fantastic accommodation.

Our apartment was perfect. Really central but spacious, warm and homely, very quiet, you can not hear the noise from the busy street below. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful building. Only tiny suggestion would be to have some tea and coffee in the room. Great value for money. 10/10.

Room was large and nice. The location is perfect for walking around old town. But there was no hot water. It was snowing outside and we had to come back to ice-cold showers everyday for 3 days. There’s no front desk, so I messaged the hotel on both the Expedia app AND emailed directly to the support email they gave me when I checked-in but I never heard back.
