Charming hotel in great location

We stayed as a family of four for two nights in the summer. The hotel has an old world charm about it, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds - great for kids. The a/c wasn’t brilliant but seems like there may have been a fault and a technician was booked to check it. The staff provided a huge fan to help cope with the heat. The rooms are a little worn but that adds to the old world style charm. The hotel is well located, being just a 5 minute walk from the main station and a 7 minute walk to the metro and trams. Old town is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel too. There are plenty of local restaurants close by, away from the tourist traps, offering fantastic food at reasonable prices. Very close to the tourist options too. Staff were very friendly and attentive and speak a number of languages. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Nice old hotel. Excelent breakfast. Very convenient location. Could not control the Heating - had to sleep with windows open bc it was super hot. When we checked out they wanted to add a merchandise to our bill - by mistake.
