I have booked three twins bed room, ended with two single beds and a sofa bed，room and bathroom are very small, I have booked the hotel cost Euro$586. but I have paid Euro$652, luckily I got Euro$19 back after arguing with the horrible male staff for an hour, then I was so upset, I couldn’t concentrate to pack my luggage, I left my scarf in the hotel, which was the gift from my sons, it’s three times than Euro$19😭 I can’t get it back. They offered me bus tickets, but not tell me how much, then they charged me Euro for four cheap tickets in the end

Great friendly staff! Offered and booked taxis for business trips. Gave great advice. Only thing is the taxi to airport needs to be paid at by cash. This needs to be said upfront, in case one doesn’t have cash.

A wonderful little hotel

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Prague is a wonderful city and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to get the most out of our stay there. The room we had was superb. It was clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished and we had a quiet and comfortable night sleep. Our breakfast was also excellent. Very highly recommended.

This property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They have air conditioning which was a nice bonus considering we came during a heat wave. Staff were friendly and helpful with things to do in the city as well as explaining bus routes. They sell bus tickets on the property.

The desk staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is pretty and so very clean! Upon arrival a lovely platter of homemade Christmas cookies awaited us. They were delightful!

The people who work at the hotel are so friendly and helpful in a really genuine way. It is a short amble into town from the location and the place is cosy (even when it snows), clean and breakfast was lovely. This was my second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely hotel close to both the Metro & Trams.

Lovely hotel close to both the Metro & Trams, so very easy to get around the city. Hotel staff very knowledgeable and gave us super recommendations for both meals and sights to see etc. We were welcomed with a nice cup of tea after a long day travelling.

Great hotel.

10 minutes walk to city centre. Trams, metro and buses close by. Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, spacious room with sitting area and bathroom. Very nice staff, very polite and helpful. Hotel 16 is excellent.very clean.furnitures are new.I have visited many hotels in Prague,but Hotel 16 is the best.Located in a quiet area near to the center.But I want to add something different here ,which is the staff of the reception.They are very experts,always smile and ready to help.Adam in the reception ,is a young guy but has a fantastic experence in helping guestes and make every things easy for them, also here I dont want to forget Bavla and Tonda they are always ready to help.Reception staff is the one of the succed secrets of this hotel. Actually I can say easily that Hotel 16 will not disappoint any one.
